  Today was pretty good at this wash. They have actual cloth towels, which is a plus as I have noticed washes that do not have controlled vacuum spaces normally have only harsh paper towels. The only downside I have with these automated washes is they do not get the corners of the cab between the bed on trucks.

  Continuamente lavaba mi auto acá ,hasta que me abordaron una chica y un chico pero el culpable es el chico quien me dijo que me hiba ayudar a pagar y lo que hiso fue inscribirme en la membresía sin mi concentimiento lo cual le dije que hicistes ? Y me dijo no se preocupe ya voy a la oficina y borró su inscripcion lo cual nunca lo hiso .hoy cancelé por internet y eso me molestó🤬tal vez si le fueran dicho la verdad lo fuera hecho y aun fuera cliente pero me corrio con su mala actitud

  I’ve been coming here because it’s convenient and usually a quick in-and-out experience, and the car wash service itself has always been good. However, my experience today with customer service was disappointing. An employee asked if I wanted to upgrade my wash, and I politely declined. She continued asking how often I get my car washed and kept trying to sell me a package I wasn’t interested in. When I declined again, she responded with, “Oh, so you like spending money? I wish I could be like you.” I found this comment unprofessional and unnecessary. Customers should feel comfortable declining additional services without being made to feel guilty or judged. The car wash itself did a great job, but the interaction left a negative impression and made me feel like I was being treated differently because I didn’t purchase an upgrade.

  I had an above-average experience at Caliber Car Wash and wanted to take a moment to recognize the team. First, the setup is great. The drive-thru wash was quick and effective, and I really appreciated the free vacuums, cleaner, and microfiber towels available afterward. What stood out most, though, was the customer service. When I arrived, there were four different wash options, and one of the attendants took the time to help me choose the right one. He was incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful without being salesy at all. He was genuinely just helping a sister out. It might seem like a small thing, but he made the entire process easy and stress-free. The best comparison I can make is that it felt like Chick-fil-A-level customer service at checkout. Then something happened that really impressed me. While I was vacuuming my car, there was a man walking around the property talking on his phone. I noticed him but didn't think much of it. A different attendant approached me and asked if I knew the man. When I said no, he informed me that the man had been taking pictures of me while I was bent over vacuuming my vehicle. Without hesitation, he stayed nearby, kept an eye on the situation, and made sure the man left the area. It also appeared that he alerted other staff members so they could monitor what was happening. After everything settled down, he came back to check on me and make sure I was okay. That level of awareness, professionalism, and kindness meant a lot. He absolutely went above and beyond, and I hope this review makes its way back to him. The wash was good. The vacuums were good. But the people were exceptional, and that's what I'll remember most. 👏
