  Brought my vehicle in due to a limp brake pedal. They had it for a few days. They then told me that I needed a complete brake and rotor job to fix the issue. Initially I was on the fence as they had quoted me more than 1500 bucks to do this job. I thought it was way overpriced and opted to DIY it. After servicing the vehicle myself, the brake pedal was still mushy after replacing both pads and rotors. I then replaced the master cylinder with an OEM and the pedal feels better than ever. Bennet auto service said otherwise, that my master cylinder wasn't the issue. The staff are very nice and respectful, however, I would of been out a bunch of money without the main issue fixed itself.

  My boss, Andrew Windle, is a frequent customer here and referred me, and now I see why. The team was super professional and took care of me right away, even without an appointment. Caleb was especially great, he quickly figured out what was going on with my car, took care of the issue, and didn’t even charge me. Really appreciated the honesty and great service. I’ll definitely be back and will use them again. Five stars!

  The team at Bennett Road Auto Service made my experience unlike anything I’ve ever experienced in auto service. Professional, polite and extremely knowledgeable. I made my appointment easily over the phone, my check in was quick and seamless. They identified the problem and sent detailed videos and specifics on what was needed and a full estimate. The repairs and service were exactly as promised; on time and under budget. I’ll never consider going anywhere but Bennett in the future. 5 stars.

  I cant say enough about this place other than I have found a trusted mechanic here in the Orlando area. I found them through Reddit, and the folks on there highly recommended them and it's easy to see why, honest, fair prices, there's even snacks for you in the lobby while you wait. Sadly I'm leaving Orlando in a couple of months and will have to find another mechanic when I move, I can only hope they are half as good as Bennett Road Auto. Lastly I have to give a shout-out to the folks that work there, they are the real salt of the earth types. The mechanics know what they are doing, and don't push for services that aren't needed. In the front Caleb and Matt are stand up guys. Matt was even kind enough to offer me a ride home down the road so I wouldn't spend all morning waiting at the shop. Matt if you are reading this, thank you again. Your kind gesture was appreciated & I hope to repay it soon before I leave. Orlando please continue to support this business, they are an asset to this community

  My daughter inherited a 2007 Chevy Aveo that had sat for 4 years in a carport. Only 43,000 miles on it, but, it needed some work. She debated using it as a trade in to buy a new car but decided to replace the aged parts and it was the best decision. Bennett Road Auto got her first car road ready and has kept her going for 3 years now. She’s not tied to a car payment and everything that she had done to the car was done to perfection, in a timely manner and at a fair price. We highly recommend them. Our entire family only goes to Bennet Road Auto. From a newer Ford F 150 to a Hyundai Sonata and an old Aveo, they keep us moving with complete confidence in the quality work they do.
