  When you buy brake pads, they always try to sell you packets of grease—and at some stores, they even charge you for them without asking if you need them. Today, I bought some spark plugs, and when I got home, I found a packet of spark plug grease in my bag. They charged me for it without asking if I needed it. This is a practice they really need to stop, because it happens every single time at every AutoZone I visit, and it is quite annoying.

  Every single AutoZone worker there is super helpful and nice, always got what you need if they don't, they will always point you in the right direction! GIVE THEM A RAISE and shout out to Alejandra she helped me out a lot.

  Worst customer service ever. Especially the women that work there. They don't help you find nothing. They ring up the wrong items. They give you attitude if you ask them can they check your battery or etc. So sad. Most autozone workers are nice. But this location sucks.
