  Manager Alejandra Díaz—who wears a gray shirt and glasses, is slender, and wears her hair tied back—has repeatedly demonstrated a poor attitude and a lack of professionalism in her dealings with me. On several occasions, she has behaved in a disrespectful, arrogant, and rude manner. Her communication style is offensive, making me—as well as other customers—feel uncomfortable and belittled. She refuses to answer calls, leaving me on hold until the connection drops, and even refuses to assist me in the store due to her bad attitude; as a long-standing commercial customer of AutoZone, I have been subjected to her disrespect and even name-calling—behavior supported by her new boss. I believe that a person in a leadership position should provide service based on respect, courtesy, and professionalism. However, this manager's conduct projects a negative image of the store and adversely affects the experience of those seeking help and advice. I respectfully request that this situation be investigated and that the necessary measures be taken to ensure all customers are treated with dignity, respect, and professionalism. La gerente Alejandra Díaz, quien viste camisa gris y gafas, es delgada y lleva el cabello recogido, ha demostrado repetidamente una mala actitud y falta de profesionalismo en su trato conmigo mismo en varias ocasiones comportándose de manera irrespetuosa, arrogante y descortés. Su estilo de comunicación es ofensivo, lo que hace que yo como cliente y otros clientes también se sientan incómodos y menospreciados.y no querer contestar las llamadas,dejándome esperando en las llamadas hasta cortarse la llamada y negándose a atenderme hasta en la propia tienda hasta por su mala actitud siendo un cliente Comercial con su falta de respeto y colocándome apodos hacia mi persona apoyada por su nuevo jefe, cliente que soy desde hace muchos años con AutoZone Creo que una persona en un puesto de liderazgo debe brindar un servicio basado en el respeto, la cortesía y el profesionalismo. Sin embargo, la conducta de esta gerente proyecta una imagen negativa de la tienda y afecta negativamente la experiencia de quienes buscan ayuda y asesoramiento. Solicito respetuosamente que se investigue esta situación y que se tomen las medidas necesarias para garantizar que todos los clientes sean tratados con dignidad, respeto y profesionalismo.   When you buy brake pads, they always try to sell you packets of grease—and at some stores, they even charge you for them without asking if you need them. Today, I bought some spark plugs, and when I got home, I found a packet of spark plug grease in my bag. They charged me for it without asking if I needed it. This is a practice they really need to stop, because it happens every single time at every AutoZone I visit, and it is quite annoying.
