  Just wanted to say thank you to Matt and Eric at the AutoZone on Curry Ford Road in the Walmart plaza. Matt and Eric Were very helpful with my battery replacement last Sunday I had previously purchased a new battery for my truck about six months ago at Another AutoZone. The other AutoZone was not very helpful. Nothing wrong with my battery battery Another AutoZone right near my house store number 5938 And Matt and Eric took care of me Immediately replacing my battery at no Charge under the AutoZone warranty They also were very helpful with A small problem that occurred after the battery was installed It was some kind of a glitch with Not their fault, but they took the extra Time at no charge to help with the other problem with my truck I would definitely recommend Store number 5938 they were extremely kind and helpful which in today’s world Is hard to find once again thank you Matt and Eric for the great service I was the Guy with the Dodge truck thanks again guys. Thank you.

  I want to give the high praise to Auto Zone employee Jackie at the 9065 Curry Ford Rd Orlando FL 33825. I walked in for a battery test because all my electronics in my Infiniti Q70L had stop working which included my climate control, defrosters, and all entertainment. Jackie tested my battery which was fine, no issues. She determined that the battery connection was loose and suggested I buy a shim cap, which I never heard of and did not know how to install. Jackie volunteered to install it for me on the spot as soon as she finished with her current customer, which illustrated that she is a multitasker. She never stop servicing her current customer and handled my issue. Once finished with her correct customer, Jackie installed that shim cap on my vehicle and all my electronics returned to normal and I was able to cancel my service appointment with Infiniti. Jackie saved me countless hours of waiting in the dealership and untold expense, because infiniti would have charged for the diagnostic and they no doubt would have tacked on extra fees, for what Jackie repaired in 15 minutes. If Jackie is not due for a raise someone needs to reconsider that because she has gotten Auto Zone a repeat customer in me. I dare say Auto Zone should give her a promotion or at the very least pay her extra to train your new employees, because, Jackie is customer focused and an asset to Auto Zone and your secret weapon. I went to just get a battery tested and left with a working automobile. I will go to no other Auto Zone, as long as Jackie is at this location and will tell everyone I know in the area, bypass all the others and go to Jackie’s Auto Zone, because she is did the best.   I was at your store 5938 young lady named Jackie assisted me with a battery problems even though she was alone but to try very hard but every customer went in she got beautiful customer service. She has a lot of knowledge on points. She’s very helpful. explains everything very good and the reason why I’m leaving this review is because I have problems with my battery. I was a little confused on what to do. What not to do when she tell me I reconvention for you to change the battery cause it’s showing here this is the batteries is not too And my work now not later, she helped me out a lot and like I said her knowledge and parts while I was there waiting customers went and gave it a wrong information and she said yeah, but the party is showing me don’t fit that And people would like oh my God that’s not a mistake so you got a very good worker in your hands thank you my name is Raymond

  The workers were AMAZING 10/10 I had a MASSive coolant leak and the store manager said helped my find parts coolant needed and let my kids stay inside the store cause it was so hot and the other worker not sure of his name but was helping us to see which pipes we needed they were all so nice and super amazing thank you

  Jackie at this location is amazing! I know very little about cars and she made it so easy and saved me over $100 by looking up parts in my perchance history to find my life time warranties replacement parts i didnt even know about. Thank you very much.
