  I came in to get battery changed for a kia key fob and the young kid there told me they dont touch that. He sent me to goldenrod location to get key battery changed. Unbelieveable. Better training is needed at this store., the location in Conway helped me out with battery right away.

  Having an AutoZone so close to where my family lives has always been a blessing. Today would be such an example. I needed to replace the battery in my 2013 Honda FiT and unfortunately, AAA does not carry the required battery in their service trucks, so plan B, buy a new battery. AutoZone had the right one needed and at a very reasonable price. After ordering it online I drove over, picked up the new battery and the good folks at AutoZone replaced the old battery with the new one in my FiT right in their parking lot for free! Excellent customer service! And with a 2 year warranty, if there are any issues with the new battery during that time, I can go to any AutoZone and they will take care it. Couldn't ask for a better :)

  Today around 3:30-340pm I had to go on an emergency run to AutoZone to get my wife’s car battery changed. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I didn’t write down their names, but the 2 team members working at that time had amazing customer service and helped me with my 2-year-old while I was trying to buy a new battery, and he wanted to get down. Thank you, AutoZone. I appreciate your help today.
