  I received superior customer service, and Help from Rebecca, Ramirez, and Armanda Perez. They took their time and went over and beyond to assist me with the issues I was having with my vehicle.

  I called and the guy who says his name is “John” was very rude, he answered didn’t say anything. I said hello and proceeded with my question he answered rudely and when I said Thank you he hung up ending with “yeah”….I called back, he answered and hung up. I had to call a total of 4 times just to actually talk with him due to the constant hanging up after answering…will not be getting any service there

  I’ve got the best customer service ever! The manager of the store-Joel -is so kind ! He took care of every one on the line(was very busy). This kind of stores need more people like him. By the way,the store was so clean and organized and they employees were wearing pretty uniforms. I thought that as a woman it would be harder for me to ask for something for my car in a store that is more for men.
