  My car battery died around 8:00 p.m., and I stopped by Advance Auto Parts for help. Unfortunately, due to a staff shortage, they weren’t able to perform a battery test for me. I decided to try the AutoZone right next door, and I’m so glad I did. Mikhail was incredibly helpful and kind. Not only did he test my battery, but he also offered to replace it for me if I brought over the warranty replacement battery from Advance Auto Parts, since my old battery was still under warranty. Mikhail was truly a lifesaver during a stressful situation. His willingness to go above and beyond, especially that late in the evening, meant a lot to me. I really appreciated his kindness, professionalism, and excellent customer service. Thank you, Mikhail!

  Came here with my kids today needing a new battery after already visiting another auto store who couldn't help. Ivis was absolutely amazing!! She was an amazing help start to finish, constantly checking on us as it was raining. As soon as there was a decent break in the storm, she and Ty were immediately outside with a beach umbrella replacing our battery! My family and I will be using AutoZone for all our auto needs 😊 Well done!

  I am retired veteran that came in to see if someone could help me with a diagnostic analysis of my van. I described the issue to the rep that greeted me indicating that my headlights were flickering every time I used my turn signals and told him I wasn't too sure if it was my battery or a fuse. 2 were at the front, Ishmael and Ty. The heavy set guy asked me if I knew where to plug in the diagnostic machine that he would give it to me and laughed. The skinny guy then got the machine and came outside and checked it. After he came back inside he ran the machine through their system and stated the everything was fine. I was not satisfied with that answer and he offered to show me the print out and gave it to me. As I was leaving I tried to replicate the issue outside which was lightly raining. A woman named Ivy who happened to be in her car asked if I needed help. Turns out she was a manager there. I explained the issue to her and she immediately checked my battery and ran another diagnostic to discover that my battery was indeed bad. Luckily I was still under warranty and SHE checked it and changed the battery and did every thing the other guys didn't do. I guess they didn't want to get wet. Ivy was on her way home and at the end of her shift and was willing to do more than the two comedians that were in the store. The service she provided was more than exemplary it was appreciated and valued. As for Ishmael and Ty...you guys should start working on your resumes if you have one or start seeking employment elsewhere. I do not believe you 2 are a good fit for auto zone.
