I called here to ask a question about a product - not a big deal and something they keep at the register. The guy that picked up seemed like he didn’t want to look right from the get go, and then did, and then got back on the phone only to sound like he was irritated for looking, instead of coming back on to tell me what he found, someone else gets on the phone. Instead of being honest and either saying he did not want to help, couldn’t help, or just make up a lie, he passes me off to someone else and they just said oh he had to do something. Clearly, I’m not stupid, and I go in there often for stuff. I knew I should have just hung up from the beginning. I would much rather someone be honest and just say I am busy, call back or let me find someone else who can help you, don’t just pass it off and have them lie for you. I’d rather give my business to another location than even deal with them again. Who knows if the kid told me the truth but the person that I was on the phone with was Dee. If you are in a managerial position please from now on , just don’t pick up the phone or have others do it for you because to help a customer seemed like a major inconvenience for you this afternoon.

I’ve found the staff/manager come across as super patronizing which makes asking any questions super uncomfortable. I always leave feeling talked down to. And the level of assistance is pretty minimal. It feels like you are on your own unless you already know exactly what you need. For a place that’s supposed to help customers with car issues, I expected some level of guidance and basic customer service.
