  Some of these reviews were spot on! I’ve been going to this Autozone for decades as I always liked working on my cars. Their batteries have a good warranty but they are NOT supposed to last 1-2 years… so I have had mixed feelings about the customer’s best interest recently. I get there has to be a leveled balance between customers and stores to keep afloat. But, things have to be corrected as they should. A two hundred dollar battery with a brand name of duralast should not be a disposable item in a two year period! Weather is getting hotter and evolving so does the product in order not to come down to the customer and store owner level.

  I would give this location 5 stars but ONLY because of Alex. Alex was really helpful and made it a point to help my mom and I understand what we were purchasing. He was quick to service our car and has great customer service. Now let’s get to en reason why I’m only giving it two stars, the management/employee in the store. When I first got to the store there was a man outside, my mom and I had explained that we think our battery is dead and we needed a new one. I was asking a lot of questions, as I’m assuming anybody would who’s spending over $250 on any product. He ended up handing us off to Alex, as Alex was ringing us up and taking care of us that previous employee kept interjecting into our conversation and even looked annoyed. It almost seemed like he was trying to avoid my questions, even though I wasn’t talking to him. If you’re planning on going to this location, be careful. Not everyone who walks into an AutoZone knows everything about cars, sometimes you may need help and when you’re in a situation where you need help with your vehicle, you’re looking for the employees to help you and provide customer service. Honestly, if Alex was not there, I would’ve left. Nobody wants to be talked down to, Especially in a time of need.

  I had a great experience with Chris at AutoZone! I came in needing my battery replaced, and he made the whole process quick and easy. He was friendly, professional, and got the job done efficiently. It’s always appreciated when someone provides great customer service with a positive attitude. Thanks again, Chris, for making what could have been a stressful situation so simple. Highly recommend!
