  I really hate having to leave a negative review. Customer service is huge for me and I received very little at the store this morning. I went in this morning to pick up a can of freon for my car and the young man there showed me where they are. I didn't have very many questions for him, because I needed to choose which can I needed for myself. He was also not offering any additional assistance to help me decide. So I just told him that I guess I will just choose whichever one I want. He went back over to the register and stood there for the remainder of my time in the store. I brought the can up to the register to pay and asked him if there were any safety glasses in the store. He seemed confused by the question and had to think about it. He said they don't really carry those. I found that kind of an interesting answer and looked up glasses at AutoZone and it said that AutoZone's do carry safety glasses. So I told him that it says that they carry safety glasses and he basically didn't say anything. So at that point I went to go look for safety glasses myself, without any assistance from him. He did not offer to look in the system or ask anyone else or do anything to help me find them. There was a woman working there as well, so I asked her if they had safety glasses and she also didn't seem to know whether or not they did. She kind of started walking like she was looking and just happened to see one pair on the floor and told me that this must be all that they have. But again no going out of her way to look and see if there were any others in the store. I paid for the items that I was buying and I left. It was just very disappointing that they were not willing to assist me, in any way, to find any glasses in the store or at another store. There was almost zero customer service. I ended up going to the store on Curry Ford and got amazing assistance there. Unfortunately I will never go back to this East Colonial AutoZone.

  I got there and this guy was freaking awesome from the beginning, I love their customer service, specially from Angel R. Won’t go anywhere else as long as they keep up their good work or I should say awesome work

  Angel R was great! This is the second time I’ve gotten my battery placed by this location and they are always quick, easy, and the most affordable I have found. Would use them again.

  I went in to purchase a starter for my vehicle called them ahead of time to confirm that they had it. And gave them my vehicle make models and year. They confirmed they had one for $85. When I drove to the store they told me the cost was $189. When I asked about the $85 one they said that was the wrong one for my vehicle and when I asked why they confirmed it on the phone they laughed and said they did have the $85 one in stock but it wouldn't fit my vehicle and they'd be happy to sell it to me anyway.

  Always go here today i sent my girlfriend for a can of air like a duster aerosol type of thing (seen it in store) not only did they claim they didnt have it or had no idea they even had it. Had to wait on someone else to direct her to this product and he sat there and questioned her if I “knew what i was doing?” And why i was using this on my ford as if it has anything to do with them. Who cares why I need to use this product if im the one buying it? This guy would have never made those remarks if it was me in there looking for this product, just sell the product why are you asking questions and making remarks about what or how im using a freaking can of air. She already doesnt like going into auto part store because they treat girls like they are dumb and basically today shes jumping hoops trying to buy a can of air. Ridiculous. Study what products you have in store first and foremost how do i know you guys have this product and yall dont? Then once you find the product just sell it. No need for the remarks
