  The absolute worst location of any auto zone. Not only did one of the workers almost crash into me ( he ran a stop sign ) but the workers inside are rude rude rude! The worker couldn't figure out how to put the year make and model in so just put my parts under ransom cars. Will never be back to this location

  One of the best customer service for Auto Parts department I came here a little bit frustrated I couldn’t get my part from another store. I talked to to Manuel and Jose one of the best working at this location. I recommend you guys come all the time to this location, they will take care of you with no problem when they be patient and answer your questions.

  They gave me the wrong part. I would’ve never done the job. If I knew they were gonna give me the wrong part. I ended up doing the job. My car was in the air when I found out it was the wrong part destroyed the bushings of the control arms so I couldn’t put the old ones back. No one has the Control arms and they didn’t even have the decency to pay me in cash for my refund because I paid with a debit card now I’m out of a car for a week thanks.

  I'm a commercial customer, therefore you would think I would receive better service, but WRONG. I went into the commercial part of the store looking for service and got horribly disrespected. I walked in the first employee was on the phone and I respected that. As I was standing there waiting patiently another person came in. Then the woman on the phone tell me to go over to the other employee so I went over there and waited patiently. As I stood there she tells me to wait and walks away. Then the first employee proceeds to help the man who had walked in behind me. So I go back over to her and ask for service and she tells me what happened with the other employee, and I told her, she walked away. Then she's catches an attitude with me, and the woman comes back with an attitude as well. So now I have an attitude. Long story short, they refused to serve me, people kept walking in and received service immediately. As I was standing there on the phone trying to find the corporate number, the second employee, who walked away told me they were closing in 9 minutes and that I had to leave. When I didn't leave right away she threatened to call the police on me.
