  Carlos and Jabrian were excellent help Carlos helped us get our key out of our car and jabrian took him time and listen to our problem and helped us figure it out. I hope to not have to come back to auto zone cause that would mean I’m having at problems but if I do this is the autozone I would come to each time thanks guys have bless one ☝️

  Went to get the batteries in my key fob, the gentleman at the counter not only assisted in getting the correct battery, but he also installed it for me and checked to make sure that it worked.

  Really disappointed with the customer service here. I went in for A/C refrigerant and the employee helping me barely explained anything. I only found out I needed an extra attachment because I asked myself — otherwise I would’ve left with something I couldn’t even use. I ended up having to return the first item and buy a different one that already came with the part. The whole time I felt like I was helping myself more than the employee was helping me. He was rude, dismissive, and just walked away after handing me the receipt without even saying “have a good day.” Overall just a frustrating experience and not great customer service.
