  I went in to this particular AutoZone based on a TikTok video to see the person they were speaking of and to my surprise he was there. All I have to say is I was gagged that I had a totally different interaction with Ontario. I came in and asked about my cars Freon and not only was he attentive to me he also educated me on the different freons and how it works in my system. Again I was ready to let him have it but honestly his customer service was definitely not what she expressed in her video. I will for sure be back to see him when I need something. IDK what transpired with the other lady but that was not my experience.

  Sasha Wiggins was the best ever!! My wiper blades needed to be replaced. I walked into the store looking confused as I was and she picked up on that right away and helped me out. It was such an unexpected relief because you don't generally go into auto parts store and get helped by another female. She offered fast and friendly service. She made me feel comfortable and empowered. She even changed 1 wiper blade and walked me through installing the other one on my own. Definitely something I won't forget and will teach others. So glad I stopped in and met Sasha. Truly a gem. Every AutoZone needs a Sasha!!!!

  My first time here, I started out talking with Jester, he was very helpful about my battery selection. By the time I got there he was gone and I had Max and OMG! What a very nice, personable gentleman, he changed my battery, we chatted the entire time, they should really appreciate having him as an employee!! If I lived around here, this would be my store!!

  I had an outstanding experience at AutoZone thanks to Ontario and his incredible team. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome and treated with genuine respect and professionalism. Ontario and his employees are, without a doubt, one of the most professional teams I've encountered. They were patient, kind, and took the time to answer every question I had without making me feel rushed. Their knowledge was impressive, and they had a solution for everything I needed. It's refreshing to visit a business where customer service is clearly a priority. The entire staff went above and beyond to make sure I left satisfied and confident in my purchase. If you're looking for an AutoZone with exceptional service, knowledgeable employees, and a welcoming atmosphere, I highly recommend visiting Ontario and his team. They've earned a loyal customer in me!

  I can’t even begin to express the disrespect I experienced when walking into this store especially from a store manager. I walked in to get Freon for my vehicle. I have a 2023 Kia Forte and have been coming to this location frequently and have been helped by multiple associates. There was a store manager named Patrick Ontario who was on the computer in front of the Freon area which I was looking for a specific product I only get from that location. I looked on both sides of the sections and did a throughout search prior to bothering him. I asked if there was a specific Freon with the pressure attachment on it. He then said “they are on the other side” and then proceeded to work on the computer. I found that rude because I looked on the other side and didn’t see the brand I needed so then I asked again saying I know that but I already looked on the other side and didn’t see it there. He stated “we don’t sell that here at AutoZone and haven’t for 10 years”. At this point, he was already dismissive with me and body language showcased I was interrupting something he was really busy with. I thanked him for his time and proceeded to ask another employee who was more approachable and available to assist. Also I was asking the other employee, the store manager Ontario interjected AGAIN and was answering for the employee even though ai was speaking to a whole different associate. I explained to him that I appreciated him for his time but he was very rude and disrespectful to me. I wasn’t met with the same respect and attention as the rest of the gentlemen in the shop because I was also the only female in there. He proceeded to cut me off while I was explaining how it was disrespectful and he proceeded to include the ENTIRE store and ask if he was being disrespectful to me. Involving other guests who are just there to shop as a way to humiliate me and prove a point. I felt targeted and was very embarrassed simply because I was standing up for myself and didn’t want to be treated like I was less than. I understand needing to put your foot down with guests however as someone who has worked 11 years in customer service management that was such an inhumane way to treat someone. On top of that I didn’t even received an apology however I was apologizing to him for potentially ruining his day although I did nothing wrong besides walk into the shop. Very very disappointed and hoping my experience with Mr. Ontario is very different
