  I’m a frequent AutoZone customer and regularly shop there, which is why this experience was especially disappointing. Today, I purchased three wiper blades for about $48. I chose AutoZone even though I could have found them cheaper elsewhere because of the convenience and the expectation of installation assistance. At the time of purchase, I specifically told the employee that I could install the two front wipers myself, but that I already knew I could not install the rear wiper because I had tried before and wasn’t familiar with the clip. He asked me to try it myself anyway. I thought that was a little strange, but I had no problem trying. I successfully installed the two front wipers, but, as expected, I couldn’t install the rear one. I went back inside, waited in line again, and when it was finally my turn, I explained that I had already purchased everything and only needed help with the rear wiper. He asked me to step aside and wait. I waited for more than 20 minutes. During that time, two or three other customers came in, and he continued helping them while I was still waiting for the assistance I had already requested. I understand that employees can get busy, but I was not asking for anything complicated. I had already installed two of the three wipers myself and only needed a few minutes of assistance with one. Given that I had explained this from the beginning and had already been waiting, I expected at least a reasonable effort to help me. I chose AutoZone specifically for the convenience and installation assistance, so leaving after spending $48 and waiting over 20 minutes without getting the help I needed was extremely disappointing, especially standing outside in the Florida heat. I’m not writing this to justify anyone’s actions or to create a problem. I simply want to share honest feedback about an experience that was not good. I’m a regular AutoZone customer and have generally had very good experiences, which is exactly why this situation was so disappointing.

  Gotta say the team they got are amazing people went in with a issue and Felix looked into my issue figured out what I needed and got me up and going this is one of the best auto parts I’ve ever been to
