  I was having the worst morning after visiting the AutoZone on East Colonial where the customer service was completely absent. So after purchasing the items there and having some issues with the item, I went to the Curry Ford AutoZone to get further assistance. I walked in and Jackson assisted me. He was absolutely willing to help with the utmost kindness. He knew that I was anxious about my car and I asked if he would be able to just talk me through what I needed to do with my car. He took the time to do so without hesitation. He calmed my nerves and offered a completely different experience than the first autozone. I am very grateful for him and I'm so glad that I was able to get what I needed accomplished with his assistance. Thank you so much!

  I just want to take a moment to give a very special shout-out and a heartfelt thank you to the District Manager at AutoZone who personally reached out to me and helped resolve the issue with my radio after my battery was exchanged. What he may not realize is how much his kindness meant to me personally. Right now, I’m going through a time in my life where I already have so much on my plate and so many things to worry about. When you’re carrying a lot, even one more unexpected problem can feel overwhelming. So when he reached out, listened to me, and genuinely wanted to help, it meant more to me than simply getting my radio fixed. His kindness, generosity, and compassion helped take one more worry off my shoulders. Sometimes people come into your life for only a brief moment, but the kindness they show you can make a much bigger difference than they will ever know. I’m truly grateful that he treated me not just like a customer with a problem, but like a person who mattered. In a world where everyone is busy with their own lives, having someone take the time to care and go above and beyond is something I will never take for granted. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. You didn’t just help me solve a problem with my car — you made a difficult time in my life a little easier, and that means more to me than I can put into words. I will always remember your kindness. ❤️🙏

  Joseph working today, great guy at register, helped with an issue the other autozone in east colonial were being rude about. Made my trip easy and quick, couldn’t thank you enough for all this store has done for me. Wish every autozone employee was this nice and knowledgeable
