  First car I was told to select was full of drink cups and had trash in rear hatch of suv, I emptied all out, then I noticed the vehicle had exterior damage, I took pictures of damages and the trash I took out of vehicle, I did not want this vehicle at this point, it took longer to get me a different suv, added about 30-40 more minutes on my already 1 hour drive we had ahead of us, the employees where nice but the experience was terrible, I thought for sure we would have gotten a clean car and they could have given us another car right away even if it was an upgrade, but nothing but we are sorry Sir, I doubt I will ever book Alamo again and it’s disappointing because I’ve used this company many times before.

  I have hired loads of cars whilst on holiday with a lot of different companies but every time I feel “ripped off” due to them adding on extra fees etc on collection. This is genuinely the first time I’ve gone to collect a car and not been pressured into taking any more extra insurances etc which was great. Everything was super easy, I done the online fast check in so I just had to confirm my license at the desk. I then walked over to the car park and was given the option to pick any convertible I wanted. I had booked the convertible mustang and that’s what I went for, they did even have 3 colours to chose from though which was cool. The car itself was amazing. Drop off was absolutely effortless. I knew I was going to receive a charge on my card because I drove Orlando to Miami and back again on the toll road without a pass. I’ve been charged today and it’s very reasonable. Genuinely a massive thanks for restoring my faith in hire car companies. I will 100% use almo every time possible from now on.

  Service was very good the girl on the desk Explained everything very nicely and clearly I was worried about the drop off but everything Was very fast just like she said it took me about 10 minutes and that’s because I was unloading my luggage good job on this thanks. The only thing you have to pay attention is to make sure you tell them what type of a vehicle you need cause otherwise they will try to give you whatever they want Other than that, you pick whatever vehicle you want and service was good El servicio fue muy excelente , tenía mis dudas, porque decían que duraban mucho ala hora de entregar el carro al final, pero desde que llegué la persona fue muy profesional me ayudó demasiado, me explicó todo El único contratiempo es de qué pedimos una minivan Y la persona en el estacionamiento. Quería darme un vehículo pequeño pero me arreglaron el problema y una vez que se arregló me dejaron escoger la minivan que yo quería en realidad no fue un problema fueron como tres minutos de un malentendido entre ellos. El precio que pagué fue el que me dijeron solamente tuve que pagar un cargo de $13 porque le faltó un poco de gas a la van al entregarla pero fue todo Thank you, Álamo Para entregar el carro fue súper rápido, sólo entras al estacionamiento de formas una persona viene contigo enseguida revisa el carro checa cuánto gas tenía y te entrega tu recibo Fue muy rápido y fácil!!

  The customer service at both drop-off and pick-up was absolutely amazing. Your staff was friendly, professional, and deserves recognition for making the experience a positive one. Unfortunately, there were several issues with the condition of the vehicle. It was not cleaned adequately before being returned. Finding long hairs on the seats and floorboards was honestly disgusting, and there were several sticky spots throughout the interior that made it feel like it hadn't been properly detailed. The transmission also felt like it was slipping during my drive and should be inspected. In addition, there was a crack in the front windshield directly within the driver's line of sight, which is a safety concern and should be repaired. While I truly appreciate the excellent customer service from your staff, I was disappointed with the overall condition of the vehicle and hope these issues are addressed for future customers and for my future rentals. Again would recommend with how quickly I was able to get the car and the customer service.

  My family of 15 traveled to Orlando, Florida to celebrate a birthday, a high school graduation, and a college graduation. Since I made my reservation only one day before pickup, I was unable to use the self-service kiosk. For anyone planning ahead, it appears reservations need to be made further in advance to take advantage of that option. With that said, I had the pleasure of meeting Kelie at the check-in counter. She greeted me with a warm smile and an incredibly positive, magnetic personality. Not only was she friendly and welcoming, but she was also extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Kelie took the time to recommend vehicle options that would best accommodate our family's needs and made the entire process effortless. She thoroughly explained Florida's toll system, fuel options, insurance coverage, and other important rental details. To say she covered everything in just a few minutes would be an understatement. If I understood correctly, customers using a credit card do not have to pay a security deposit, while those using a debit card are required to provide one. After selecting our vehicle, we were on our way. About 30 minutes into our trip, the tire pressure warning light came on. I intended to stop and add air, but with 15 family members traveling together—and another 14 relatives in town for the celebrations—our schedule was packed from start to finish, and I never had the opportunity to address it during the rental period. A week later, on our departure day, I had the pleasure of meeting Alicia at the return center. When I informed her about the tire pressure warning and showed her the dashboard message, she immediately apologized for the inconvenience and generously provided a discount on my rental. I was genuinely surprised and extremely appreciative of her kindness and professionalism. I jokingly told Alicia that I had probably spent around $60 on tolls while driving throughout Florida, so the discount would certainly help offset that expense! If I understood Kelie's explanation correctly, renters who do not purchase the toll package are charged a $5 daily convenience fee only on days they use toll roads. If no toll roads are used, there is no fee for that day. The toll charges are then billed to the credit or debit card on file approximately two weeks after the vehicle is returned. The outstanding customer service provided by both Kelie and Alicia, the cleanliness and quality of the vehicles, the minimal wait times during pickup and return, and the follow-up text message from Alamo offering direct access to a live representative if assistance was needed all contributed to an exceptional rental experience. Because of this experience, my family and I have decided that Alamo will be our rental company of choice moving forward—regardless of the city, state, or country we visit. We are customers for life! Kudos to Alamo for employing such outstanding team members and delivering exceptional customer service!
