  Rented a vehicle at Alamo Orlando Disney Car Care . Sales Rep Beverly was so helpful in getting us a mini van near closing time .

  Terrible customer service, broken vehicles, and dismissive management Avoid renting from this location if you can. After visiting the location once to try to get an alternative vehicle for our faulty car, we were told to drive to MCO to return it as they had no suitable sized alternatives. Clearly driving a faulty car for that length of time wasn't an option We then spent a significant amount of time on the phone with Alamo customer service to address those major safety and operational issues with our rental car (failing electrics, non-functioning parking sensors, and filthy, non-working air conditioning). Customer service assured us they had called ahead and secured a like-for-like replacement at the Disney Car Care Center and we could return it there ​When we arrived, we had to queue twice—once at the regular desk and again outside in the direct heat and sun after being redirected to the manager. Upon finally reaching the manager, they completely denied any knowledge of the call from Alamo customer service and refused to even check or to provide a replacement, despite multiple suitable vehicles clearly sitting in the lot but when we raised this they said they were already booked out. ​What was most concerning was the stark difference in how customers were treated. The manager was noticeably dismissive toward international and non-English-speaking guests compared to domestic travelers. There was a steady line of people returning faulty, sub-standard cars, and management showed zero interest in resolving these issues. Unacceptable standards and appalling customer care for a Disney-location partnership. We will be complaining when we get home and can only pray that nothing further goes wrong with the vehicle before our drive back to tampa. Appalling really doesn't fit the bill here and if I could give no stars I would

  They had a limited selection as I was just renting for Monday but the Jeep I rented was nice and got me where I needed to go and back just fine.

  Great service, the lady employee was kind and understanding, I highly recommend. The rental car was clean and drove great. Thank you Alamo at Bay Lake, you WILL be getting my business again in the future. Thank you so much for the assistance.
