  I rented a car in February and was helped by Diane at alamo car care. She had great customer service, lovely manner and because of this I’ll be coming back to Florida in June and rebooking with Alamo car care. I also extended my rental over email and was helped by Patti. Again lovely customer service with prompt responses and professionalism

  Five star experience with Alamo Car Rental at Lake Buena Vista! From Mel, professional and friendly who assisted us with obtaining our car; to Taylor who was pleasant and funny and completed our car return within minutes. Car was super clean and drove perfect. The only place in town I will go for car rentals. Thank you for your wonderful and friendly service!

  Very unprofessional people called hours before to make sure they would be open due to our flight being delayed. Got to the airport at 4:00am and there was a sign on the fort stating they won’t be open until 7:30. Mind you when I did call they said they don’t close until the last flight lands. They left not only myself but several families in the airport with no transportation at 4:00am. I will definitely not be renting from them again.
