- MHMaria HJun 22, 20265.0Huge shout out to Tiffany V!!! I recently came by because my wiper snapped during a car wash and needed assistance figuring out what my next steps were to fix my car. Tiffany was super knowledgeable and helpful. She came out to inspect my car and quickly realized all I needed was a replacement. Which she installed and had asked to turn on my wipers to ensure they were working properly before driving off. Which they didn’t, so she inspected more and realized the bolt inside needed more tightening. Which then I waited patiently for her to grab tools to tighten the bolt. Which turned out to resolve my issue and I’m very grateful to be able to drive off relieved. Thank you Tiffany!!! 🐐💗

Unfortunately their computer system was messed up - so DeMouis and Travis called the store manager Adam who came in on his day off (a holiday as well) to help get it all situated. Soon after DeMouis had my warranty battery changed out and I was on my way. Appreciate all the effort they made and Adam coming in to get it fixed on his day off. Great customer service

Signs of a bad car battery can range from the need for frequent jump starts, slow to start, cranks or clicks but won't start, dash lights work but the vehicle won't start, etc.

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
