  I was able to get in quickly the same day, and all the staff I encountered were very helpful and professional. I appreciated not feeling pressured to add additional services.

  had a bum tire that i wanted patched or swapped with the spare. turned out the slow leak wasn't fixable and the spare, while holding air was an old crapper too. 4 stars for doing some work on a Saturday without charge. 5 stars if they'd've put air in the slow leak steer tire... I ain't mad though, I had my air compressor with me. will patronage this shop again.

  This place is amazing! My daughter accidentally knocked the splash guard off her car, and I called them to see if they could help. Within 30 minutes of calling, they had us in, fixed it, and back on the road! The service was incredibly fast, friendly, and professional. I can’t say enough good things about this place—especially when you’re dealing with an unexpected car issue and they make the whole experience so easy. Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  This Tire Kingdome is far superior to any tire store I have ever used including other Tire Kingdome stores. Toby makes the difference. He is attentive, interested and very engaged with his crew and customers needs. I brought my RV in after being told by the RV dealer I needed 2 front tires as the ones on the RV were dry rotted. Toby showed me tires available that met or exceeded my needs and budget He inspected the other 4 tires and showed me that they needed to be replaced and why. He also discovered a front sway bar link that was bad and needed to be replaced and why. He was short handed that day and started the tire change himself until another tech could take over. The rear wheels were stuck on requring hard labor to get off. Toby persevered and got them off the whole time letting me know what they were doing. I felt other places may have told me they couldn’t do the job. Toby knew the importance of getting the tires changed. He even changed the sway bar link after I had purchased one new from an auto parts store. Even the Ford dealer told me it would be 3-4 weeks to order and change the part. Toby changed the link himself in only a few minuets. Toby should be commended by the owner and rewarded with a promotion. Perhaps he should be training other Tire Kingdome Managers. Thank you Toby and Tire. Kingdome. This is how you do it…

  Nightmare of an experience I would strongly caution anyone considering doing business with this tire shop, especially if you have to deal with the manager, Donald. I originally came in to replace my two front tires. While my vehicle was on the lift, I noticed that my driver's-side rear tire which had approximately 50-60% tread left was defective and literally splitting apart. Because I had purchased the road hazard warranty, I expected the shop to honor the coverage I had already paid for. Instead, my road hazard warranty was never honored. Donald immediately blamed my vehicle's alignment. The problem is that my alignment showed no signs of being an issue. My car didn't pull, the tires weren't wearing unevenly, and Donald never drove my vehicle or put it on an alignment machine to verify his claim. He simply insisted the alignment was the cause without performing any inspection or providing any evidence to support that conclusion. The situation became even more frustrating when Donald accused me of "just wanting a free tire." That was never the case. I wasn't asking for anything free—I was asking the shop to honor the road hazard warranty I had purchased. There's a big difference between expecting a business to stand behind the warranty it sells and asking for something I wasn't entitled to. To make matters worse, the replacement price kept changing. I was first told it would $270 for the front 2 tires , then it up went to around $500. Then it dropped to $400. After I requested an itemized estimate, the price suddenly became $375. That estimate also included $105 in labor, a $15 shop fee, and a $5 tool fee. If the pricing is accurate and transparent, it shouldn't change simply because I asked questions. Instead, I should receive a clear and consistent explanation from the start. What left the worst impression was how I was treated. Rather than listening to my concerns or providing evidence to support denying my warranty claim, Donald became argumentative, made assumptions about my intentions, and dismissed my concerns. I left feeling like he mistook me for a fool because I am a woman and assumed I would simply accept inconsistent explanations and changing prices without question. Whether that was his intent or not, that is how his behavior came across to me, and it made the entire experience feel disrespectful and unprofessional. I left feeling that the shop was looking for reasons to avoid honoring the warranty rather than standing behind the products and coverage it sold. In the end, despite purchasing road hazard coverage specifically for situations like this, my warranty was never honored. If you choose to do business here, ask for everything in writing, request an itemized estimate, and don't hesitate to seek a second opinion if a warranty claim is denied. Based on my experience, the honesty, professionalism, transparency, and customer service at this shop fell well below what I expect from a business that sells warranties and should stand behind its products. This was an absolute nightmare and he gives the business a bad name.
