  I was rescheduled twice. My first mobile service was rescheduled morning of due to calibration needing to take place in the shop. Four days later, I dropped my vehicle off at the shop for service. An hour after drop off, Safelite informed me I'd been rescheduled again as they couldn't find the windshield needed for my repair. I insisted I be seen sooner or a mobile tech come out next visit. Store reresentative stated "Its not my fault your windshield isn't here. You can either come back for an appointment or go somewhere else." So I went somewhere else. I called Baker Glass. They came out next day with a replacement and calibrated my vehicle on site. No need for in store service. Safelite was inconsiderate and rude. Front desk associate slid my keys to me across the counter when picking up.

  Great experience. I waited for my car to get a new windshield and the store was clean and pleasant. Timing went as scheduled and all from check in to the technician explaining post windshield procedure was informative and understandable. Recommend for future

  Wasted my time with the wrong part! Drove out to the Orange Park location on Kingsley so a technician could look at my truck’s back window in person before scheduling the replacement. He walked around the truck, noted the defroster on the rear glass, wrote down the VIN, and booked an appointment. Two days out, fine. I cleared my schedule. Morning of the appointment, the tech shows up at my house with a window that has no heating element. Wrong glass. The exact detail he noted when he looked at the truck was the defroster, and somehow that still didn’t make it into the order correctly. He called the office and what followed was an uncomfortable back-and-forth between him and the dispatcher that made it clear nobody was on the same page. Unprofessional doesn’t begin to cover it. Now I’m waiting an additional day, having already burned time off for an appointment that should have been done right the first time. The whole point of the in-person evaluation was to get it right. It didn’t happen. Zero confidence this gets corrected without another hassle.

  I worked directly with my insurance (State Farm) and Safelite to get the windshield replaced on my new 2026 BMW X5. At first, they tried to put in aftermarket replacement. But, after declining and working with both companies mutually through the red tape, the OEM windshield was installed. Dropped vehicle off at Safelite location the night before and picked it up the next day when it was ready. Looks fantastic and very pleased. New OEM windshield at no cost.

  Safelite is the way to go—hands down! Everyone I came in contact with via phone or in-person was extremely helpful, very knowledgeable and best of all; they actually seemed to enjoy their job! That type of work ethic and job quality is hard to come by in today’s service industry so working with Safelite was a refreshing pleasure. I will always use them and will continue to recommend them to my friends and family. Thank you Safelite!
