  I was extremely pleased with the entire experience I had with Safelite. Beginning with the ease of booking an appointment online, the quick followup confirming the time. I was told before hand how long the appointment would be..up to 3 hours..within less than 2 hours I received notice that windshield replacement was done. Very friendly people at check out.

  I went in with two small chips to be repaired on my windshield. The technician splintered the chips into about three times the size that they were, and now Safelite says they can't replace the glass because they can't find a new glass. I can find a new glass all over the Internet for my truck

  Extremely disappointed with my experience at Safelite. I went in Monday morning for a windshield replacement and while I was there, I was told I needed a new cabin air filter and windshield wiper blades. I paid $107 for those additional services, and somehow BOTH were installed incorrectly. Immediately after leaving, my AC started making an extremely loud, crazy noise that it had never made before. I ended up taking my vehicle to another shop this morning, where they found that the cabin air filter Safelite installed had been put in incorrectly and had to fix it. Then, while driving in the rain today, I turned on my new windshield wipers and they started making horrible noises and were not working properly. I actually had to pull over on the side of the road in the rain to figure out what was wrong. The driver-side and passenger-side wipers had been installed on the wrong sides. I had to swap them myself on the side of the road. I paid $107 to have a cabin air filter and windshield wipers installed professionally, and BOTH were installed incorrectly. That is unacceptable, especially when improperly installed wipers become a safety issue when you’re driving in the rain. If you specialize in auto glass, stick to the glass if your employees are not properly trained to perform the additional services you’re charging customers for. I should not have had to take my vehicle somewhere else to correct one mistake and then pull over on the side of the road to correct another. Highly disappointed, and I definitely expect Safelite to make this right.
