Oil is the lifeblood of every standard vehicle on the road. It's crucial to regularly check your oil and schedule oil change service for your car to ensure it runs properly. Regular service also allows us to check for leaks in your engine that could shorten your vehicle's lifespan and lead to other avoidable problems.
Rotating your vehicle's tires is important for maintaining and managing treadwear on your tires, and in some cases is required in order to preserve your tires' warranty.
We can service, replace, and repair exhaust systems, catalytic converters, tailpipes, and mufflers. Ensuring these systems are working properly is key to elongating the life of your vehicle and maintaining optimal performance.
Proper wheel and tire alignment helps your car's tires last longer, increases fuel economy, and improves your vehicle's handling. Our highly-trained tire alignment experts are ready to provide you the reliable, quality service you need to get back on the road.
Your vehicle's shocks, struts, and suspension are key components to ensure your vehicle's performance and a more comfortable ride. As such, it's important to properly maintain these components on your vehicle.
Nothing ruins a day faster than a dead car battery. Many factors could lead to your car not starting — a bad battery, failed alternator, or worn-out starter are just a few examples.
Our highly-trained auto technicians and mechanics have decades of experience diagnosing, repairing, and replacing worn out car batteries. We understand how important a reliable car battery is for your car or truck to run and operate reliably. Every car battery replacement and installation we perform uses trusted brands and comes with a limited warranty on parts and service.
There's not much worse than getting in your car, turning that key and seeing that little exclamation point icon telling you that you have low tire pressure. But if you just filled up your tires yesterday and you're still seeing that warning, it may be time to replace your vehicle's TPMS sensor.

Some days, the stars align and lead you on a roller-coaster. You find a great deal on Marketplace. 🌟 You forget that you're having lunch with your BFF. 🤭 You have a great lunch with her. 💓 You start rolling down the road and the bottom lining of your car falls down so it sounds like you are sledding down gravel mountains at high speeds.
But then you find a place where the guys awesomely will remove the errant plastic nonsense and send you back out on the road for your next even higher peak of the roller-coaster, your son's engagement announcement dinner. 🥰
Seriously, though, visit Bryce and Jordan at Mavis Tires & Brakes on Blanding in OP. They will do it right! Thanks, guys! I appreciate you!

Absolutely terrible,
We usually go to Mavis Tires & Brakes as we thought they were skilled and they are close to us. We had our brakes serviced months ago and there were still tree lights on our dash that were on and these three when these come on its pointing to the alternator because our Traction, ABS, and Brake lights are on from false readings because of our alternator. And were told some vague reason being our ABS system causing them all to come on and that it would be over a thousand and to not worry about it aslong we dont have to slam on our brakes from an emergnecy.. We took our car in to Mavis about a month ago to just get our oil changed and while they worked on it the battery had finally failed so they replaced it for us. A few days later we were driving and every time we slowed down. To stop(engine slowly stops which slows the alternator down which we had no clue about at the time. we arent the mechanics) our car would shut off and the battery light would flash in the middle of the road, luckily i was able to put the car in park, turn it off, turn it on and into drive again. So we drive it to Mavis of course and they soemd about over an hour sitting and acanning our car to tell us the reason our car waa shuting off in the middle of the road is the sensors we've knows about for months. I tried explaing to all of them we have known about the sensors and that the battery light was flashing at us, but the assured us its the sensors and they arent experienced with them so we have to go to AAMCO or college. Our car stoped being weird for a while so we ended up not going. Then recently when we would cruise the battery lighr would turn on and when we accelerated the battery light would turn off this is what we looked up and definitly asured us its the alternator, which makes so much sence now. You press the gas and it powers the alternator and the light turns off amd them we let go amd let it cruize and the alternator is struggling to power the engine so the lights coming on. We've been going to Mavis for a while now, who we thought were experienced in cars had no clue from all the clues the car had given them and me trying to asure them its not the abs sensors shutting the car off they were 0 help.

Took my vehicle last week. Was told are you ready for me to break your heart? I said hit me. He said it wld be $3360 to fix my car. Was told I needed front inner tie rods, my cv joint was broken, my struts and shocks were completly worn out. I said absolutely not. Guy asked what do you want to pay? I said no one wants to pay anything but what NEEDS to be done today? He said my struts and shocks and it would be $1500 he really wanted to make me happy. I said BUT the BROKEN CV joint isnt a NOW issue?? Make it make sense. I said put my car back together and drop it. I left!!
Just got my car looked at by 2 other mechanics. ONLY thing I need is CV axel. It is torn and leaking. This is a abt $400 job and Mavis on Blanding tried to get me for $3360!! People get 2nd opinions when told aggressive prices. No wonder they offer free inspections. They get you big time in the end. Sad to think how many people actually fall for this!!
