  In July 2023 I had all 4 new tires. Then went back Jan 2nd 2026 for battery check, brakes system flush.. was told I need 2 front new tires. I thought I just had it new ones. So time flies and family situation. So I finally settle and went through paper work. So my question is... is that normal 3 years apart for new tires. I only drive like 15-20 thousand miles a year.... 🤔

  Julian did an excellent job assessing the work that needed to be done on my truck. He showed me exactly the condition of my brake pads and rotors. He explained the situation with the locked caliper and how this was a safety issue that should not be ignored. He gave me a very fair price and was able to do the work right away! He is relatable and friendly which makes these type of discussions much easier. Customers should appreciate the honest approach of this Mavis location. I observed Julian's communication with staff and noted he is a leader that keeps the team cohesive. I HIGHLY recommend Julian and team to anyone that needs a reliable, honest, and friendly mechanic! If there is a business deserving 5 stars, THIS IS IT!

  I had an excellent experience with Mavis Tires & Brakes. I came in with a nail in my tire and the team took care of it quickly and professionally. Earl was especially a huge help throughout the entire process and provided outstanding customer service. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was handled quickly and correctly. The entire staff was professional, honest, and made the whole experience stress free. They got me back on the road fast, and it’s hard to find places that still treat customers this well. Highly recommend Mavis for anyone needing tire service or repairs. Thank you again to Earl and the team for the amazing service!

  I have been having issues with my Infiniti QX70 for several months. Mavis Gainesville worked on my vehicle and charged me $1258 for the repairs. However, I was still having the same issues. My car was still not running like it should so I went to Mavis in Orange Park on Blanding Blvd and spoke to Julian about the problems with my car. Julian was truthful in explaining how to fix the issues made by another Mavis corporate location and he took his time to explain how to correctly service my vehicle. Julian spoke to corporate on my behalf to make sure the best solution was reached for the customer not just his company. I was very impressed in his willingness to not only clean up a mess but he give me the confidence that when I left Orange Park Mavis my car would be done right. Julian’s knowledge and integrity made it possible for $5000 in repairs to be made to my vehicle without any money out of my pocket. I would personally like to thank him for restoring my faith in Mavis! Excellent job Julian!!!

  I had a great experience at Mavis Tires. The customer service was top-tier from the moment I walked in. My guy Julian treated me phenomenally was incredibly personable and easy to talk to, which made the whole process smooth and stress free. They have tv with all the streaming services so while they worked on my car I had something to watch so I wasn't bored. He took the time to explain everything clearly and worked with me to find an amazing deal that fit my budget. It didn’t feel like I was being upsold or rushed just genuinely helpful service. He explained things that I could fix but weren't too critical and things that I should fix but not once did I feel pressured. I really appreciate the honesty and professionalism, and I’ll definitely be coming back for future service. Thank you very much Julian
