Brett was really friendly and helpful, he was also incredibly informative and not only explained but also showed me just how bad my alignment was before coming in. Service was affordable and the warranty on my tires was totally worth it with all the road work and construction going on between Clay and Duval counties. Will definitely be returning here the next time I need a service. Thank you guys!

I was informed the service would take 45 minutes to an hour, which I acknowledged before leaving with a friend. After an hour without any communication, I returned to the shop and was told they were very busy and that my vehicle had not yet been seen or even moved from where I parked it. I was assured that my vehicle would be next and that the service would not take much longer. I advised the staff member that I would be waiting nearby in my friend’s vehicle if needed. Over the next hour, I remained on-site but did not receive any updates. After waiting a total of two hours, I went back inside to check on the status. At that point, I was handed my keys and informed that the service could not be completed due to an issue with their equipment. While I understand that delays and equipment issues can occur, the lack of communication throughout this experience was disappointing. A simple update regarding the delay or equipment issue would have been appreciated, especially since I was waiting on-site. Based on this experience, I recommend others take communication and service reliability into consideration when choosing where to have their vehicle serviced. As I will not be using this company again.
