Your vehicle's shocks, struts, and suspension are key components to ensure your vehicle's performance and a more comfortable ride. As such, it's important to properly maintain these components on your vehicle.
Nothing ruins a day faster than a dead car battery. Many factors could lead to your car not starting — a bad battery, failed alternator, or worn-out starter are just a few examples.
Our highly-trained auto technicians and mechanics have decades of experience diagnosing, repairing, and replacing worn out car batteries. We understand how important a reliable car battery is for your car or truck to run and operate reliably. Every car battery replacement and installation we perform uses trusted brands and comes with a limited warranty on parts and service.
There's not much worse than getting in your car, turning that key and seeing that little exclamation point icon telling you that you have low tire pressure. But if you just filled up your tires yesterday and you're still seeing that warning, it may be time to replace your vehicle's TPMS sensor.

I took a tire in to be replaced because the dealership had repaired it with a patch, I had been told, and it was still leaking. When the shop took the tire off the rim, they found that the dealership had placed bead seal only over the hole in the tire.So of course it was still leaking. The shop plugged the hole in my tire and did not charge me for the
experience, saving me nearly two hundred and fifty dollars on a new tire i didn't really need. (Mine had less than 20K miles on it). That's great customer service and has earned them a new customer. As a woman , there are very few car repair places where I feel comfortable that i'm not being taken advantage of because I don't know a lot about cars. I feel confident that I can come back to Mavis on Park Avenue and be taking care of fairly in all of our business dealings.

Went in for two tires and an oil change. Quick and easy. Store manager I believe his name was niftali was great help. Worked with me to make my time easier and went over some problems I had with my car. Didn’t force anything on me and broke down everything easy enough for me to understand. Said if I come back for other repairs he can get me some good prices. I think I found my new mechanic shop

Having to go to a mechanic shop its self is stressful and anxiety ridden already. Im happy I decided to go to this one. Immediately I was greeted by front staff and and friendly faces. They were very thorough about asking questions related to my concern. After my car being looked at for a second I was even brought out and discussed what was going on and future problems I should look into later. That made me happy and felt like they werent trying to upsell me on my car. These guys really took car of me and I was impressed by their ability to get me in and out even though I could tell how busy they were. Ill definitely come back when I need work done.

My overall experience was absolutely terrible when I entered the store and asked for a tire change the man was on his phone making a food order it didn't bother to hang up and was taking turns talking to me and his phone when I went to check out he was playing video games in the back room and the other guy was eating while talking to me absolutely awful and terrible customer service needless to say I will not be going back to that location.

***Updated Review***
I originally had a great experience here and continued bringing my vehicle in for service. However, my most recent visit left me disappointed.
I was told that my Jeep needed new shocks and was quoted around $3,000 for the repair. Wanting a second opinion, I took the vehicle to another mechanic for an inspection and was informed that there was no issue with the shocks and that they did not need replacement.
Because of that, I’m left questioning whether the recommendation was accurate. Either there was a significant misdiagnosis, or an unnecessary repair was being recommended. As a woman, it’s hard not to wonder whether that played a role, even though the employee was professional and did not come across as intentionally dishonest.
I still like Mavis overall and had positive experiences in the past, but this situation has made me lose confidence in this particular location. Moving forward, I’ll likely continue using Mavis, just at a different branch.
