- TMTonya MayeAug 26, 20261.0Not even worthy of a one star review! 😡😡😡 Accident date 01/28/2026, they received the car 02/92/2026 picked up the repaired car 02/27/2026, the manager Austin Nooney drove the car around to the front and handed the keys to me with confidence, knowing the bumper did not fit, clips were hanging out and the car was not in alignment, I pointed these things out(clips) as I drove about 2 miles down the road I knew immediately the car was out of alignment, I bought this to his attention and he said they did and alignment and Geico approved of the repairs, the wear on the brand new tire that was placed on in Feb 2026 should not be worn like this in June which should clearly indicate that the alignment did not take place. I later was told that my AC unit was damaged from the accident, this was not checked, I informed Gerber and Geico of the issue and I was told that they would honor the replacement of the bumper/grill. Please go over your invoice thoroughly, they will give you aftermarket parts that does not match your vehicle and list services that they did not do and if you have Geico as insurance beware the adjusters they send out don't do their jobs they simply sign off on whatever.

- TJtrevor jamesJul 26, 20261.0this company is truly terrible worst turn around service i have ever dealt with they got my truck march 2nd 2026 and i got it back july 13th 2026 they covered the rental car for the last 45 days which was good every week they extended the pick up bcz of something just horrible months upon months of excuses i thought they wouldve at least said well hey dont worry about the 500 deductible since they messed up my ac lines putting the transmission back in which caused another 3 week wait but of course they didnt i was be doing a review which they deserve i wouldnt recommend gerber to my worst enemy its been one of the worst experiences ive had with a company truck looks really good and rides well but 5 months of waiting and excuses us just crazy in the beginning they said they couldn't find one of the parts saying it was out of stock that took 2 months i had to go online and find the part for them it only took me an hr so why the 2 month wait for a part i cant express enough how bad thus place handled my situation imagine 5 months of paying car note and insurance on a vehicle thats practically being held hostage update i spoke with joshua about the matter he stated he would get back to me monday so im just waiting on gerber again of course
