  Thank you to Kelly, Jason, Lou, Koelyn, and Marshal for the outstanding help. You all treated us like friends and family to get us out the door and on the road to enjoying our new MAV. Teaching us the ins and outs of our Toyhauler from parking to finance was stress free. GR in Orange Park has top quailty employees. Thank you! The Pendletons

  From our very first phone call with Chris, the Sales Manager, we had a feeling General RV was going to be the place we purchased our first travel trailer and by the time we pulled away, we knew we had made the right decision. We came into this process knowing we wanted a Grand Design. Chris listened to what we were looking for, worked with us on the unit we wanted, and made us feel comfortable enough to make the trip in and see it for ourselves. Once we arrived, that same level of service continued with Sean, our salesperson. Sean LISTENED. He never tried to steer us toward something different or sell us something we didn’t want. He respected that we had done our homework and wanted a Grand Design, and helped us make sure we were choosing the right one for our family. What really impressed us, though, was how the experience continued through EVERY department. Mandy and Brandy at the front were always welcoming and helpful. Scott and Stephen in finance patiently walked us through the financial side and answered our questions. Travis handled our unit and helped get two brand new RV owners ready to actually hit the road. Kaitlyn, our project manager, kept everything organized and helped make sure the entire process stayed on track. Sebastian helped install the extras on both our truck and trailer and made sure everything was ready for our trip. And even down to the porters who helped us throughout the process, everyone made us feel like they genuinely cared about getting us taken care of. As first time travel trailer owners, we had A LOT of questions and a few concerns along the way. Every single time we brought something up, someone listened, responded promptly, assured us it would be handled and, most importantly, FOLLOWED THROUGH. That is what earned this team five stars from us. A purchase this big isn’t about one salesperson or one department. It’s about the experience from the first phone call until you’re pulling your new trailer out of the parking lot. Chris, Sean, Mandy, Brandy, Scott, Stephen, Travis, Kaitlyn, Sebastian, the porters, and everyone working behind the scenes made that experience exceptional. We’re officially on the road in our new Grand Design and couldn’t be more grateful to the General RV team for helping us start this adventure the right way. We didn’t just leave feeling like we bought a travel trailer. We left feeling like we started a relationship with a company and a team of people we can turn to as new RV owners. Thank you, General RV. We highly recommend this team and would absolutely buy from them again! ❤️

  Overall loved the new travel trailer we purchased and our salesperson Kelly was great! Found exactly what we were looking for. Very disappointed in the trade in experience!!! We were told in the beginning a trade in price so we didn't pursue a sale on on own. Final pickup day we were told they found a soft spot in the floor...we had no idea. So they lowered our trade in 2,000.00 would have been 3000.00 but said they gave us a break because we purchased the awning over the slide. (Would have thought it would be included but whatever) knowing this we would have backed out and waited till we sold our rv outright but they had us give them a non refundable deposit of 2000.00 the day before. And to top it off when we went to pay for awning over the slide we used a credit card and charged a 30.00 surcharge. Definitely learned a lesson....buyer beware of all the upcharges cuz there's a few. Sad we were not told upfront that the trade in amount could charge. The thing that really got us is we weren't home 15 mins and saw our trade in a marketplace! So apparently they didn't even fix the so called soft floor! Not happy!!!

  Exceptional product knowledge!!!! After asking a few questions, Ed Evans provided a relaxed environment for us to view several RVs that met our needs and fulfilled our wish list. As veterans, we appreciated his prior military service and his straightforward "no-fluff" approach. He has definitely won our business. Thank you, Ed! We will see you this weekend.

  We were treated very well by General RV in Orange Park, Fl.! Friendly, low pressure from our sales rep. Cheynan who greeted us and showed us the camper and worked to complete the deal, even on his day off. We had a great experience picking the camper up a few days later with Emily as she went through the camper with us explaining all of the features and and ensured everything worked. Shawn helped us get the new brake controller working and also went to their store to help get a different hitch so it sat better and safer on our jeep. Mike in finance worked through the significant amount of paperwork ensuring all was correct and accurate. There were other people I did not get names of like the front desk receptionists, other delivery / pickup folks, the detailers and other tech's as well. It was a great experience and felt taken care of. Thank you!
