Took a down payment to hold a unit for us then 4 hours later after running credit they call and said unit sold this morning but we have some more expensive units that you qualify for. Probably never had unit in stock just wanted to verify my credit and up sale. Very disappointed and waiting on my deposit to be refunded.

What a great experience my husband and I had when purchasing a travel trailer at General RV Center in Jacksonville! We’ve been looking for a few years and to be honest when we stopped by General RV, we were not planning on buying anything as we were once again “just looking”! However, our sales rep Kelly was like a breath of fresh air compared to all the other sales reps we spoke with in the past at other RV companies…she’s what sold us! Thank you Kelly! Everyone we spoke to or worked with there was just as awesome as Kelly…Greg Tanner, Jarrel (I hope I spelled your name correctly!), Sean, and the 2 receptionists and our delivery coordinator (sorry don’t remember their names)!
