  E VERY CAREFUL RENTING FROM THEM. My insurance covers $35 a day for a rental, and I drive a compact car. You would think they’d put me in something comparable, right? Nope. They put me in a Hyundai Tucson, which is already a compact SUV, and then the tire kept losing air. I called and was told to bring it back, so they switched me into a Ford Escape — which costs MORE than the Tucson. Logan’s explanation was that manufacturers “aren’t producing compact cars like they used to” and that they’re mostly carrying SUVs and vans. Okay… except when I exchanged the Tucson, they literally had THREE OTHER Tucson's sitting on their lot. Every time I drive past this place, there are 2-3 vehicles sitting out front that could have been used. The biggest issue is that NOBODY told me upfront that I could be responsible for anything over my insurance’s $35/day limit. If they had simply told me, “We only have SUVs available and they’re going to cost you extra,” I would have gone somewhere else and rented a car that actually fell within my coverage. Instead, they put me in a vehicle that costs more, switched me into another vehicle that costs even MORE, and now I’m stuck paying $73 out of pocket. I understand that my insurance has a daily limit. What I don’t understand is why I wasn’t given the option to choose a vehicle within that limit when there were clearly other vehicles available. If you’re using insurance to cover your rental, ASK QUESTIONS before you take the keys. Find out exactly what the daily rate is and what you’ll be responsible for out of pocket. Don’t assume they’re putting you in something comparable or within your coverage. I definitely would have gone somewhere else had I been given that information from the beginning.

  I've been an enterprise member for a long, long time but not NO MORE... the customer service on how they handle customers being treated at their branches and allowing these managers to disrespect long term customers blows my mind... reached out to customer serves multiple times and was promised a call back from a regional manager or somebody higher up...Never has that call happened!!! I even reached out to multiple branches and left messages for the manager to return my call so I can try to get in contact with their boss that call has never happened. I don't understand what has happened to enterprise they used to be such a good company!!! I have been renting cars from them for over 14 years but not no more!! The way I was treated on my last visit due to the fact that they messed up... i was stranded at their building!! The fact they can't communicate with the customer... the fact that they can treat the customer badly.. the fact they mess up a reservation and then want to act like it's the customer's fault blows my mind!!
