  I was extremely happy with Enterprise!! From start to finish the process was smooth and efficient! The attendants were so polite and helpful! I will contact Enterprise again should the need arise!

  Someone crashed my vehicle, and they had GEICO insurance. GEICO quickly began handling the situation, sending me to their preferred shop and arranging a rental with Enterprise while my car was being repaired. However, the shop informed me that they couldn't finish the repairs on time and that it would take an additional three days. I called the shop to ask about the rental, as they were the ones coordinating with Enterprise. They assured me they would extend the rental, and I thanked them and moved on. Three days later, when I went to pay my bills, I noticed three charges from Enterprise totaling $342. They started charging me without authorization. I called their office, and the representative told me to contact GEICO. I asked why I hadn't been informed about the charges so I could decide whether to continue the rental. She stated that they don't provide such notifications. I told her not to charge my account anymore, as that felt illegal. She mentioned that this happens frequently and advised me to call GEICO for reimbursement. I emphasized that my concern was not just about reimbursement but preventing further charges. When I requested to speak to a supervisor, she put me on hold and never returned. I called 15 times afterward, but they refused to answer. When I called from a different number and requested a supervisor, she asked me to hold and then hung up. My mistake was providing them with my debit card information. In my opinion, they cannot be trusted. This situation is especially concerning for people living paycheck to paycheck, as they cannot afford unexpected charges without proper communication and untop of that having to deal with careless customer services who disregard the situation like is not their problem and tells you that it happens all the time, that's just bad business. They charged my account 3 different times the same day for a total of $342, they said that I supposed to return the car the 26th and today is the 28th, that means they are charging me $171 per day.

  Hands downThis is the best location I have ever rented.A car from cassett avenue needs to go over there and spend a whole week of training at this branch The men and young lady here are very professional.They were fast, they knew I were coming.They had a great car waiting for me.It was seamless, the transition was minutes in and out.Unlike cassat avenue I will always book in pickup my rental vehicles from this specific location
