UPDATE: Still no contact from anyone to attempt to make the situation right. I work in the car business world & this is disheartening. I am not one to leave reviews but this is a little EXTREME. We went into camping world to look at units on their lot that would fit our upcoming situation and family. There was a 5th wheel on site that would work but my partner and I were not warm and fuzzy about it so we proceeded to walk the lot and look at a couple more but those would not work for us so the salesmen took us back to the 5th wheel to look at it because they "really wanted to sell it & get it off the lot" (should have left then) which I was looking closer at the "sealing" job they said they did and assured me and my partner all is good, no leaks & this unit is the one that would be so great, yes there are small cosmetics they told us about that would need to be fixed which no problem but we still were not comfortable with that unit. So we then appreciated the time of the salesmen & as we are getting ready to leave; Camping World did not take that "no" as an answer so we proceeded to advise there are other stores that show something we are looking for in stock & we would like to go view them before making a purchase we still were not warm and fuzzy about but again they didnt want to accept our no & the sales manager stepped in saying we wouldnt find a better deal yada yada and I so wish we got up and walked away then. We agreed to purchase the 5th wheel still with a bad gut feeling: fast forward to finance and the paperwork. We were approved but NOT ONCE did ANY employee go over the terms and length of what we were approved for and to find out after they gave us copies, we got royally screwed for a camper they bought from auction which they did not say that either. (This unit was pushed so they can make a great commission check) I tried to fight it and not take the unit-mind you we have a friend who works at another location and that is the location that had the units we were interested in looking at but were forced on the 5th wheel because it was "such a great deal for us". Fast forward to wasting hours & hours at their dealership; we do the walk through to find out more is broken on the unit & "they cant do anything about it". Well, nobody cared to tell us the broken items as we were viewing the camper on the lot: the rear jacks are broken, the fireplace is broken, the vent fan is broken in the bathroom & I am sure more will come up but the biggest slap in the face!?!?! THERE IS WATER DAMAGE NOBODY TOLD US ABOUT AFTER ASSURING US THERE WAS NO LEAKS OR DAMAGES & THEY "SEALED EVERYTHING." So now I get to put out even more money fixing walls, the frame, the roof, insulation and so much more. We shouldn't have to do this, this camper should have never been sold to start with. I will not return to camping world nor will I recommend anyone. This was the worse purchase we could have ever made, and I regret it so much.

I give them 0 stars. The service was terrible. I sat around the whole day sweating my ass off,and got nothing to show for it. The sales staff to include the manager sucked none of them new what they were doing.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had such a great experience working with Chris! From the very beginning, he was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely interested in helping us find the right RV for us. He never made us feel pressured or rushed, and he took the time to answer all of our questions and make sure we understood everything. Cris made what could have been an overwhelming process feel easy and enjoyable. You can tell he truly cares about his customers and takes pride in what he does.
