  Came into autozone this afternoon and Marc did a great job testing my starter, then Zach helped me find a new one! The entire staff was so friendly and helpful and worked so well together as a team! Highly recommended this store, they are awesome!!

  Typically, when I go to AutoZone, the employees are extremely helpful, but I have to review this particular individual who went above and beyond to help me with my coolant issue on my Volkswagen. His name is Zach and it’s very possible that if he wouldn’t have helped me, I would’ve ended up with a much more serious issue so shout out thank you so much Zach & AutoZone team!!!!

  I don't know how they got so many 5 star reviews. In the past 2 weeks, I went to the248 Blanding location, to get oil and filter for an oil change. First time, they would not take my used oil, unless I gave them my phone number. So I went to the one down the street. They were very friendly and worked with me and even steered me into a better value. Today I tried the the one at 248 Blanding again. I was thinking maybe they were having a bad day. This time it was 3 different associates at the counter. I came in with my used oil and picked up a replacement. I was the only one in line. The one left, stating she had to go for lunch. The other served someone that just walked into the store, "After me". I confronted them; I stated, is there something wrong with me that you won't serve me. The third one stated; They will not take the oil" their container was full. I told them to place the new oil back on shelf and left the store. On exiting the store, I state they customer service sucks. I will probable never use AutoZone again because of this type of service. I went to Walmart. You Lose, I saved $15.00 and I had very good customer service. John Dyszel

  This is the worse store ever. Truly rude especially the old lady who’s the assistant store manager. Hearing how she speaks to the employees in front of customers is truly horrible. She has no idea how to lead or have teachable moments with her staff what so ever. Called about 10 minutes before they were closing and knowing she picked up could only imagine her just sitting there until they closed where she could have simple asked “how can I help” when it was a simple question I was going to ask but purposely left me on hold until after they closed which is something she would do. She’s truly needs to be reprimanded because she a horrible leader for sure!
