  I had a great experience with the Ron the auto parts technician who helped me. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure I got the help I needed. He took the time to answer my questions, was patient, and made what could have been a stressful situation much easier. It’s refreshing to receive this level of customer service. I truly appreciate his willingness to help and the care he put into assisting me. Excellent service and a great representation of the store!

  I am a retired CEO/PLANT-MNGR/ELECT/MECH ENGR, and Small Business Owner, I realize the importance of having quality Associates/Employess for a Company to succeed. I have have had a very successful career, and know it was because I was fortunate to have quality people under me. I have always recognized them and tonight I was very impressed by the young Lady that took care of needs. I was very surprised to find out from her manager that she was recently hired, sure fooled me. Her knowledge of the product I was seeking, and her suggestioned really impressed me. She made me feel that she was really concerned that I purchased exactly what I needed to complete my project. And her bedside manner was outstanding, really made me feel Auto Zone was all I would ever need when I needed parts and/or help. Congratulations also to the store manager, he hired a winner.   Where do I even start? Mr. Ron provided expectational customer service! He is friendly, knowledgeable, and went ABOVE and beyond to help me (every time I come up there). He took the time to answer my questions and made sure I understood everything. It's refreshing to receive such great service from a dedicated employee. Thank you, Mr. Ron, for your help and professionalism! Whoever your distract manager is....please let them know YOU need a raise.

  The staff at this location are Amazing! I first met Juan, then Ron, then Zacharcy, and finally Jolene, in a single day during multiple trips inside the store because I was being stubborn instead of just following their helpful and 100% correct-every-time-advice. They shared with me exactly what they would do if my car were theirs, and helped me when I couldn't get some of my nuts loose or reach my spark plugs. They were so kind, knowledgeable, willing to help, and enjoyable to converse and joke with, I'd absolutely recommend this location and all 4 of those employees for great service! Thank you SO much Juan, Ron, Nicholas, and Jolene.
