- MTMo TApr 15, 20261.0I went in the store to get a sunshade for my new car. there were no other customers. Bob walked over to the sunshades to look for the one that would fit my car. I paid and took the sunshade out but it did not fit. I came back in and asked about help. Bob then offered to measure my windshield. I asked if he could have done it at first. Bob got an attitude. I asked for a manager to just return sunshade and get a refund. Linda was nice and understanding. While I was explaining what happened Bob interrupted with a comment and I quote "Its not my car to know what size is needed". I asked Bob what is job and why is he here if not to know or help the customer. Awful customer service.

Confirmed on the website and with a worker that an oil filter would fit my car, but when I get it home and drain my oil, it does not fit. Manager and customer service department refuse to refund over the phone despite them providing me with the wrong part and my car being unfit to drive without oil and a filter.

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
