  I had an excellent experience at Tire Kingdom thanks to Tito. He provided amazing customer service from start to finish…professional, friendly, and very helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer my questions, made sure I understood everything, and helped make the visit smooth and stress-free. It’s always appreciated when someone goes above and beyond, and Tito definitely did. I highly recommend this Tire Kingdom.

  Mother’s Day morning I woke up to a semi-flat tire and immediately started stressing since my usual tire shop was closed on Sundays. I called Tire Kingdom in Orange City and spoke with a gentleman who assured me they could take care of it with a patch or plug, so I drove right over. When I arrived, Matt greeted me while also helping another customer. Even though they were clearly short staffed and very busy, Matt and Tito got my tire repaired within an hour. They were both extremely apologetic about the wait, even though they were working as fast as they could. Tito’s humor made the experience so much better, and both he and Matt maintained such positive attitudes despite the hectic conditions they were working in. Great customer service goes a long way, and I truly appreciated their help on a stressful morning. Thank you both again!

  I had an outstanding experience with Tito Matt at Tire Kingdom. From the moment I arrived, he was professional, honest, and a true straight shooter. The level of customer service and attention to detail went far beyond my expectations. My vehicle was taken care of quickly and properly. It’s hard to find someone this trustworthy and knowledgeable these days. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about doing great work and treating customers fairly, ask for Tito Matt. Highly recommend!

  Mike M was absolutely outstanding..Picked up nail in my truck tire.dropped truck off and he called and said it didn’t go through tire and I could pick up truck at no charge..when I picked up truck he said tires are showing dry rot..now granted truck has 37 thousand miles and Chevy dealership said there good for 60 thousand..Bought truck new in 2020..He took time to show me rates on new tires plus pros and cons of different tires..Not pushing a sale at all..I bought new tires and couldn’t be happier.. With his experience..This man is an asset to your company!!

  Stopped by today as my car needed a lot of work. I got 4 new tires, front brakes, new rotors and rear shocks along with an alignment. We dealt with Tito up front and he was a pleasure to work with. He was very professional and extremely helpful. It was a big job and they got the work done quickly. We will definitely be going back as it’s nice having a friendly helpful person to deal with. Tito was very patient while we discussed options and prices. Thank you Tito! . .
