  The condescending, unprofessional attitude I experienced at this Tire Kingdom was unacceptable. Basic courtesy should be the bare minimum when dealing with a customer, yet I left feeling talked down to and disrespected. Whatever someone’s questions or budget, there is no excuse for treating them as though they are beneath you. You can explain options and pricing without the attitude. Respect costs nothing. This experience cost this location my business. Management needs to take a serious look at how customers are treated, because no tire price makes up for being treated poorly.

  I had an absolutely fantastic experience buying new tires at the Tire Kingdom on Saxon Blvd in Orange City, all thanks to Wandy. Shopping for tires can be overwhelming, but Wandy made the entire process incredibly smooth, easy, and stress-free. Wandy’s customer service skills are truly top-notch. They took the time to walk me through the best tire options for my vehicle, keeping my budget and driving habits in mind. There were no high-pressure sales tactics—just honest, knowledgeable guidance and genuine care. Wandy kept me updated while the new tires were being installed and ensured the vehicle was ready right on time. It is rare to find this level of professionalism and attentiveness in automotive care. I am thrilled with my new tires and will definitely be returning to the Orange City location for my future service needs. If you need tires, do yourself a favor and ask for Wandy!

  I wish I could give negative Stars. I made a 1:00 appointment got there 5 minutes to 1:00. They've done over $3,000 worth of repairs to my car in the last year. The guy behind the counter asked me what they had done to my car. He's standing in front of a computer with all the information in it. He got angry with me when I told him I shouldn't have to explain to him the work that his shop did on my car. After waiting for an hour and then not even moving my car from the parking spot, I told them to give me my keys back and I would take my car someplace else. They spent 15 minutes trying to find my keys. They had to call the man who took my work order, on the phone, to find out where he had put them. I don't think you could get any more unprofessional than that!

  Hello, Yesterday I had 4 tires replaced on my 2016 Audi A4. The service staff did a decent job at the counter. I was quoted "about hour" to have a the job completed. It ended up around 2 1/2 hours. That was not a big deal. What I am dissapointed in is, the tire pressure was incorrectly set. The front driver side was over by about 11 psi, the front passenger side was under inflated by about 5 psi. The second item was none of the lug nut beauty caps were reinstalled. I actually have just recently replaced them. So, in short those are a couple of items I found that leave me to believe your service is sub par. I spent almost $700 for tires and one of the most important items when it comes to tires is having a proper air pressure setting I think this inexcusable! A tire that is over 11 psi and another the under by 5 psi. Do you all even care about customer safety and satisfaction? Not reinstalling the beauty covers is very disappointing!
