So I advise everyone if you’re getting your oil changed done here please make sure you ask for them to take a picture of your plug to make sure it doesn’t look like this. Their prices are too high for this BS.

This felt misleading. Most manufacturers recommend 5,000–7,500 miles (or more) with synthetic oil, so being pushed to come back early just comes across like a way to get more money out of customers. On top of that, the price was way higher than other local shops charging around $70–$90 for the same service. There was no clear breakdown upfront explaining why it cost so much. Overall, I feel overcharged and misinformed. I won’t be returning and would recommend others double-check pricing and maintenance advice before agreeing to service here.
