One star is too much. This is an absolutely trash, incompetent company that cost us time and money. I booked a Mercedes 12-passenger van online and received a confirmation. The next day, I called the location and spoke with a representative to move my reservation up by one day. They confirmed the change. When I went to pick up the vehicle, I was told I could not use my debit card. No one mentioned this during the reservation process. How ridiculous is that? I can’t pay with a debit card or cash? Instead, I’m expected to borrow money just to pay for my reservation? That is one of the most incompetent, asinine, and downright stupid policies I have ever heard of. As a result, we lost a day. I went to AVIS instead and had absolutely no issues. I have used Enterprise consistently over the years without any problems, but after this experience, I will walk before I ever do business with them again. Absolutely unacceptable customer service.

The staff were very helpful and kind. Great customer service and support! I would choose enterprise rental before any other rental car company. They are amazing!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t say enough good things about Nik and Mason at Enterprise. They always take great care of my staff and our customers, and this time they took wonderful care of me, too! The vehicles have always been great, and this time I drove a 2025 Nissan Sentra. It was clean, comfortable, and a pleasure to drive. Nik and Mason made the whole experience easy, from helping me get set up to making sure I had a vehicle I was happy with. Their kindness, professionalism, and care are why I keep coming back. Thank you both for always taking such good care of us!

The worst place to rent a car from, I called the day before we picked up the SUV spoke to Fox and asked if he will have a suburban he said yes but the next day he said he doesn’t have one. Got stuck in a freaking minivan. Horrible service they said we can call other locations to see if they have one, why do I have to do this work vs you doing your service job!!
