I’ve been taking my car to Mavis in Oldsmar for the past Three years and I’m always very satisfied with the Work that they do. I wouldn’t take it any where else I bought tires many oil changes. And had a couple car repairs done The last couple of times I’ve dealt with Travis and he’s been very accommodating and a pleasure to deal with.

I made an appointment for an alignment for 10AM was in and out within the hour. Staff is pleasant and professional and the mechanics in the shop are having a good time with their music while getting the job done. Highly recommended over R&R tires on hillsborough who wasted 2 hours of my time waiting to then refuse and alignment and have insolent people working behind the counter.

I was traveling back to Florida from Kentucky when a problem developed with my rear brakes. I got them repaired in Georgia immediately after I discovered there was a problem. Less than a week later they began making a terrible scraping sound. I am not an auto expert so, even though it was 6:07pm on a Friday evening, and the nearest brake shop (Mavis in Oldsmar, Florida) closed at 6, I called hoping they would look at it just to let me know, if it was safe to drive or not. Surprisingly,Travis answered. He agreed to stay late until we could arrive so he could take a look at them. He informed me that the previous repair mechanic had not tightened the bolts on the assembly well enough and one had actually fallen off. He advised that it was not safe to drive and waited almost half an hour while we arranged for transportation home. It's been a very, very long time since anyone in any service industry has gone to such lengths and shown me such kindness and professionalism. The Mavis in Oldsmar is now my go-to brake and tire shop and my gratefulness to Travis won't be forgotten.
