  At the Tampa Rd., Oldsmar location, Parker and her team are always pleasant and professional. They do an excellent job for me, and I rent often.

  I needed to rent a car while my sturdy, trusty ex-cop car was being fixed due to an accident caused by another driver. Their insurance agreed to supply a rental car and made the reservation for me. Everything went perfectly smooth. Parker, at this office, was very easy to work with, answered all my questions since this whole process was new to me, and helped supply a car that I could fit in comfortably. We inspected the car and off I went. Return was equally smooth. I was inspired to sign up for a Enterprise Plus Membership and I will use Enterprise Oldsmar next time I need a car! Thanks Parker! And thanks, Rufus, for overseeing the transaction with a smile! Life is good with great service and a nice, reliable rental car.

  Wait too long to get the car even family and i had it online check in and yes they don’t have a lot of selection, won’t do business here anymore this location sucks

  I would probably rent from Enterprise again but knowing how these surveys work I knew if I said that I wouldn't get asked this question. The issue I have with Enterprise is you never have the vehicle I reserved no matter how far in advance I do the reservation. This has happened 3 times now. The reservation this survey is about I even called the day before to make sure and was told you didn't have any but you were working on it. The representative was supposed to call me back that day but did not and when I called the morning of what I had reserved had still not been located. I was offered an SUV. If I wanted an SUV I would have reserved one. She did not call me back the night before and when I mentioned it she said she had gotten busy and when I arrived I apologized for the reaction she heard from my partner but she doubled down with the attitude and said it happens all the time. I get it. I work customer service. I know it's not her fault. It's progressive for reserving vehicles that they don't actually know they will have so this is not on her AT ALL. Also once again this vehicle needed maintenance. We had previously rented a sprinter van that had no windshield washer fluid! We had to pull over multiple times to clean the windshield and that was only if they had the long handled windshield cleaners the truck drivers need. It also needed something done that kept beeping at us which I can't recall at this time. The local office has always tried to make it right but this is clearly an enterprise issue resulting in your employees being yelled at for no reason other than over promising and under delivering. Even when I was returning the vehicle there was someone else trying to rent a car and they didn't have the one they had requested. Planning another trip in November to see my child at college and seriously debating if I want to try with progressive or not
