  We’ve used Enterprise for many years but Don’t rent from the Oldsmar, Fl location. If you do, take a lot of pics of the rental Before & After you return it. They will try to add charges and blame you for things that were on the vehicle when they rented it to you!

  THE WORST DECISION YOU CAN MAKE!!!! ⭐ 1-Star Review – Very Disappointing Rental Experience My experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car was extremely disappointing. I chose this location because my vehicle was being repaired after an accident, and I understood that my rental arrangements had been discussed with my insurance company. When I arrived, I was offered a van that I did not want. I explained that I expected the rental service that had been discussed with my insurer. I was eventually given a vehicle, but after returning it, I was charged an additional $173.02 that I had not expected to pay. I was particularly frustrated because I understood that my insurance was covering the rental. I later had to contact Enterprise myself to obtain clarification about the charges. I am disappointed with the communication and the unexpected expense. I recommend that customers confirm the vehicle category, daily rate, insurance coverage, taxes, and any additional fees in writing before accepting a rental. Based on my experience, I would not choose this location again.

  As Jerry Seinfeld famously put it: "You know how to take the reservation, you just don't know how to hold the reservation. And that's really the most important part of the reservation: the holding. Anybody can just take them." Booked a 7 seater SUV but they didn't have any left. Offered the smallest crossover they had. Didn't even attempt to find a similar size vehicle from their other branches.

  . No cars available for 3 hours after I arrived at office. I had an appointment for 10, got the card .nearly at 1:00. The car was acceptable. Waiting was unacceptable
