- SOSebastian García OspinaAug 21, 20261.0A black haired, chubby, older woman was working the register and was super rude to my mother and wife. She spoke rudely to my wife, pushed the drinks we bought forcefully and walked to the coffee section, watching, as if they were going to steal a coffee.
- MImehmet zeki ispirAug 21, 20261.0There are three showers, and when I got in line, all three were available but had not been cleaned. They remained uncleaned for a full hour. I asked the manager several times about it, but he didn’t seem to care or take the situation seriously. Apparently, the employee responsible for cleaning the showers went on a one-hour lunch break, while five people were left waiting for the showers to be cleaned. In my opinion, the manager is not doing a good job managing the facility, and the employee responsible for cleaning the showers also needs to be held accountable and given proper training on their responsibilities.
