I brought my truck back to this location to give them a second chance after my first experience was not a good one. Unfortunately, I had another disappointing experience.
My AC started not working properly, so I brought the truck in for diagnosis and repair. A few days later, I was told the AC had been fixed and that the issue was a simple leaking valve that they had replaced. I picked up the truck, and initially the AC seemed to be working fine.
However, as I started driving, the AC began blowing warm again. After only a few drives, it was completely back to blowing warm.
I took the truck to another shop to get fixed and was told that the condenser was cracked in the common failure area for this particular vehicle. They also found dye coming from the condenser, which should have been an obvious indication of a leak. Instead, this shop simply added Freon, charged me for the service, and sent me on my way knowing the underlying problem had not been properly addressed.
Based on my experiences, I would not recommend this location. I was quoted one price and then charged more, my vehicle was damaged without any notification, and then when I give them another chance the original problem was never actually fixed.
Save yourself the time, money, and frustration and take your vehicle somewhere else.

Came in to get tires checked. I knew I would have to replace at least two. I was called and said my suspension needed to be replaced. When asked why, they said it should be replaced every 100K miles. I ended up picking up my car and not doing anything with them. I feel like they were trying up sell me because I was a female. I ended up taking my vehicle to a Toyota dealership and nothing was wrong with the suspension. Won't be returning to Tire Kingdom.

Took my tire in to fix a flat, super happy with the service and quality of work. Kevin at the desk was very helpful and friendly highly recommend to anyone needing tire services.

Was in the area for a family emergency and needed help with a slow leak in my Dad's tire. They got me right in, they were not pushy, they were friendly, incredibly reasonable and gave me options for moving forward! Very helpful and professional!

A+++++ I've been doing business with Tire Kingdom at multiple locations since the 1980's and have always had a good experience. I take the time to get to know the guys and build a relationship with them. I currently use the Odessa location and have been dealing with Rich. He's a good guy and does what he promises. I've gotten some great deals on tires and brakes over the years and simply call Rich if I need anything. They're decent, hardworking folks.
