The customer service at Tires Kingdom was some of the worst I’ve experienced. I set an appointment and from the moment I walked in, I felt like I was interrupting this employee’s personal phone time. His attitude was dismissive and unprofessional throughout my visit. While waiting for my vehicle, I watched several other customers receive the same treatment. One elderly gentleman who wasn’t fluent in English was brushed off and spoken down to, which was uncomfortable to witness and honestly gave me secondhand anxiety. To make matters worse, my wait time exceeded the original estimate despite having a scheduled appointment. Poor communication, poor customer service, and a disappointing overall experience all while this man enjoyed his smoothie like he was relaxing at home. Big thank you to the boys in the back; they were working hard and even took initiative talking with customers that were unhappy with the front desk customer service.

Called at 830 about damaged tire from a nail. Service rep gave me an appointment in 30 minutes. I left the car to run errands with my wife and picked the car up later. They called in 1 hour to report car was ready, nail hole was plugged. Cost minimal.

My experience at this location has consistently exceeded my expectations. Miguel, Rich, Kevin, and the rest of the staff are truly amazing! Miguel went above and beyond to ensure my visit was a positive one. His professionalism, friendliness, and genuine care for customers are unmatched. Rich, Kevin, and the entire team are knowledgeable, welcoming, and always willing to help. It’s rare to find a group of people so dedicated to providing exceptional service. I discovered a screw in my tire and needed to get my child to a medical appointment. The team at Tire Kingdom was incredibly understanding and jumped into action right away. They got me in immediately, replaced the tire quickly, and had me safely back on the road in no time.
Their professionalism, urgency, and genuine care made a stressful situation so much easier. I truly appreciate the outstanding customer service and highly recommend this team to anyone needing tire service. Thank you for taking such great care of us!
Disgusted by the business practices at this Odessa location. I booked an online tire order for four Michelin tires through Tire Kingdom's official website and selected the "pay in store" option. When I showed up for my appointment, the front office representative tried to charge me an extra $200 over the officially booked online price.
When I challenged this, the rep literally told me: "That's customer service. That'll get you in the door, but here's the actual price."
To openly admit to pulling a bait-and-switch just to get a customer into the building is completely unacceptable and unfair. Why have an official website booking system if the local store refuses to honor the corporate price? I took my keys, walked out, and will never step foot in this location again. Take your business to a shop that actually has integrity, because this place will just waste your time and try to rip you off.

The generic "we want to make this right" corporate reply below is just for show. Your front desk staff openly admitted the website is a bait-and-switch to 'get people in the door.' There is nothing to make right. I took my business to a competitor who actually honors their own websites quotes.
