  Can I just say Todd is the BEST employee here. I don’t live here in Florida. I live in Georgia and was just visiting for the weekend. Not only did he go above and beyond with helping me find the PERFECT wash (yes. Perfect. So shiny) but he also told me how there’s many take 5 over in Georgia!! He’s so sweet and respectful. Anytime I come to Florida I’m coming back just for him!

  Terrible experience at Take 5 Car Wash. During the wash, the machine broke the fuel door/fuel cap cover on my vehicle. When I brought it to their attention, instead of taking responsibility for the damage caused by their equipment, they immediately tried to blame me. Their explanation was that I should have read the posted signs, even though nothing clearly stated that customers would be responsible if the car wash damaged a fuel door or fuel cap. Not only was my vehicle damaged, but the customer service afterward was even worse. There was no effort to resolve the issue fairly, only excuses and finger-pointing. I would not recommend this car wash to anyone. If something goes wrong, don’t expect them to stand behind their service or take responsibility for damage caused to your vehicle.
