  The staff is truly helpful - especially D'maine! He's always so polite and well-mannered. He is usually the one assisting me at the gate. Love that this car wash is so close to home, I can just pop in anytime. Thank you Take 5 and staff for keeping my car clean :-)

  Yeah, absolutely Nick greeted me with enthusiasm that I couldn’t help but be excited about. He was very thorough and delightful. He scrubbed areas of my car that he was aware and focused on. After the wash the car came out pretty darn good. I took ol girl to a car show after….

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t say enough good things about Take 5 Car Wash in Trinity! I’ve been coming here regularly over the past year, and I’ve had the pleasure of being assisted several times by D’Maine. He is consistently kind, courteous, professional, and genuinely goes above and beyond every single time. His customer service is exceptional, and he always exceeds my expectations. Honestly, D’Maine deserves serious recognition and should absolutely be considered for a Manager position. He has the attitude, professionalism, and people skills that make customers feel welcomed and valued. He is a true asset to Take 5, and I really hope management knows just how much of a positive impact he makes! I also met Nick today, and I want to give him a big thank-you as well. He was extremely kind, courteous, and helpful, and he made my experience another great one. Take 5 Trinity is lucky to have employees like D’Maine and Nick. Great service makes a difference, and these two definitely deserve to be recognized for it. Thank you both for always making my visits such a positive experience! 🙌👏 Five stars all the way! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  I purchased the cheapest car wash. I was told that they’re doing a special right now where you pay once for the WHOLE MONTH and it cancels after 30 days on its own. I am now being charged $40 for a change I did not agree to, nor did I ever pay $40 to begin with. I’m furious. EDIT: I was informed that the employees are doing this to get commission so that they can make more money. So they’re scamming customers.
