  Demane greeted with a friendly hello and smile and asked me what wash I would like today. He then proceeded to tell me about the special and the reason for it. His professionalism is what sold me on the offer. I have used this wash in the past with not so great results which is the reason I cancelled a membership. With the new staff and hopefully a better product I may renew. We will see in 30 days.

  I had a great experience at Take 5 Car Wash, and Todd deserves a special shoutout! He was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire visit. Todd made sure everything went smoothly and provided excellent customer service. It’s clear that he takes pride in his work and cares about making sure customers have a good experience. Employees like Todd are what keep people coming back. Definitely ask for Todd if you visit!

  Unfortunately this specific location has gone so far down hill I'm canceling my membership. The scanner for the membership doesn't work no matter how many new stickers they give me. There's never any staff to help you get in. You literally can't get in to the wash. If you're lucky enough to have an employee see you and let you in, the cleaning products have gotten much worse. Dirty towels, watered down interior cleaner, wheel wash tanks are usually empty. A little effort would easily fix this place but they aren't doing it.

  I had a terrible experience at this self car wash. It’s supposed to be a conveyor-style wash, but half of the equipment doesn’t work properly, which already makes the process frustrating. Worse, the rollers dropped so hard that they hit my car and shook the entire truck. That is unacceptable and made me worry about damage to my vehicle. For the price, this place is not worth it. I spoke to the staff and it’s a bunch of young kids and they said they hear about it all the time and it didn’t even seem to bother them at all.
