Someone should really address the nasty kid that tries to sell you a monthly membership and his attitude when he’s unsuccessful at it. Totally turned off by this location and won’t be coming back. Once we told the kid no he grabbed his cell phone, shaking his head laughing and ignored us. We watched him watch away from another car that told him no. I think that boy needs a new job if he is taking upselling that seriously.
I paid for a one time wash as this company does not have a location where I actually live. And for some reason the employee was deceptive and enrolled me in a monthly membership. I asked was it a membership and he ensured it was not. Well i have been charged for this membership for months and they keep denying my cancelation and refund. Horrible company. Scam and fraud by employees and corporate. I want to give 0 stars but it would not let me. I do NOT recommend this trash company. But I should have known it would be an issue as the Take 5 oil change caused a massive oil leak when they damaged my oil system during routine oil change due to non knowledgeable employees. Refund my money or I will file a police report and then will sue said employee for the fraud.

⚠️WARNING⚠️DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH! ⚠️
I was the first vehicle through the car wash on Saturday morning April 11th, 2026. When I came out of my vehicle to dry it off, I noticed a chip of paint missing off my driver’s side door. (SEE PICTURE) This was immediately brought to the attention to the car wash employees who filled out a incident report.
Take Car Car Wash responded with the following email response: We conducted a comprehensive investigation regarding your claim. This process involved a meticulous review of all relevant evidence and documents, an examination of camera footage, and an inspection of the equipment within the tunnel.
I have requested their investigation documents and camera footage multiple times, which they have not provided and now have decided not to communicate.
Anyone with common sense who looks at the location of the missing paint chip clearly can tell this was NOT cause by a rock or anything hitting the side of my vehicle.
It's been painful to watch just how badly this carwash has fallen. My husband and I have been members for years, ever since it was Speed's car wash. Take 5 came in and it has slowly gotten worse year after year.
Half the brushes in the wash don't work on any given day. The floormat cleaners have been broken for months. I guess that 12 inch piece of hose it too expensive to replace. The spinning chamois dryer touches the car sometimes, sometimes it just spins above it.
Don't even get me going on the workers. Apparently, this Take 5 location only hires early 20's, skinny, tattooed young men, who are glued to their phones even while they are waving you into the track. They look like they are all part of the same pre-trial diversion program for youthful offenders.
There have been several accidents at this location in the car wash tube. Each time, Take 5 blames the drivers even though their rollers malfunction all the time and their workers hardly pay attention.
Here is the kicker- we just received a text stating that the prices are going up. That's right, even though there are a dozen other places nearby, Take 5 thought it would be a good idea to raise prices.
With so many other places nearby, Take 5 car wash is not worth the hassle....

Horrible customer service. Now I know it’s hard to find good work these days because of entitlement, but dang. I waited for about two minutes so I wasn’t sure if they knew I was there so I gave a little honk of the horn and the guy in this photo sent me through with the car wash turned off so I had to go through again. What is supposed to be a 5 minute car wash turned into a 15 minute ordeal. This is not the first time I’ve had to wait a minute or so, but this was the longest I’d have to wait to go through the car wash.
