  Showed up with a baby with a nail in my tire. Lady upfront let me know if it’s gonna be a 1.5 to two hour wait. Was not very kind. Not that my tire should get presidents over people ahead of me, but her demeanor was off putting. I was not even going to put a review, but I went to Lobo tire in the same “plaza” Legit a one minute drive and they are letting me sit in my car doing my tire. I waited no time and they have other clients. This goes to show. Mom and pop shops are the way to go.

  Made an appointment for 2 to get the tires rebalanced after they put them on. Car wasn’t taken back until 330. Then was told that their balance machine isn’t the best and they couldn’t balance them. What a joke of a shop.

  Update: I initially left this review to address my experience and give the business an opportunity to respond. Almost a month now and there has been no acknowledgment or follow-up. Based on that lack of response, I am standing by my one-star rating and will not be returning. Dear Goodyear Team, I recently visited your location for a tire rotation that was included with my warranty. I had a very positive interaction with both the technician and the front service representative, Bob, and I appreciate their time and professionalism. After returning home and taking a closer look at the vehicle, I noticed that my left front rim still has the same brake dust pattern that was present before the service. Since my two front rims had previously been replaced, I had been keeping track of them, and based on what I observed, it appears that the left front tire may not have been moved during the rotation. I called the store and spoke with Bob, who confirmed that the rotation was completed. However, based on the condition of the rim and the lack of brake dust on the rear tire that would now be in the front position, I am concerned that the left front tire may not have been rotated. I want to be clear that I am not looking to create an issue or place blame. I simply wanted to bring this to your attention in case something was overlooked. I value good service and chose Goodyear for that reason, so I thought it would be best to communicate my observation directly. What hurts my heart is I gave the technician a good tip and if I was lied to that's unacceptable I will gladly change it back to a five star if they would initiate some type of accountability.   I had my last than one star experience with this establishment a bit more than 6 months ago, but when I came here to write a crappy review there were so many similar experiences with the poor customer service and the manager, Pat, I believe, was perfectly accepting of the crappy customer service. So I was not going to bother myself - however when I went to my new mechanic today I found that someone at that location had cross threaded 2 lug nuts on my car! Avoid giving this Goodyear location your business, they are not trustworthy.
