  I cannot say enough wonderful things about John at AutoZone! He went above and beyond to help me with my car, and I am genuinely so grateful for his kindness, patience, and professionalism. John took the time out of his day to come outside, look at my vehicle, and stand with me while explaining what could be going on. He never once made me feel rushed or like I was inconveniencing him. Instead, he took the time to answer my questions, explain everything in a way I could understand, and make sure I felt comfortable and informed. It’s incredibly refreshing to come across someone who genuinely cares about helping people rather than simply doing the bare minimum. His kindness, knowledge, and willingness to go that extra mile made such a difference, especially when dealing with the stress of car troubles. AutoZone is extremely fortunate to have someone like John representing their company! Employees like him are the reason customers return, and I sincerely hope management recognizes what an absolute asset he is. Thank you so much, John! Your kindness did not go unnoticed, and I truly appreciate everything you did for me. You deserve every bit of recognition!

  Jon M. should hands down be employee of the year! Our friend’s car broke down in the pouring rain and he walked with our friend to where we died and helped put the battery in the car. He was the day’s life savor. And we appreciate him more than he will know.

  Kelton took exceptional care of me! Earlier in the day, I needed my car "jump started" and I drove straight to Auto Zone. Kelton met me at the door practically, and assisted me right away. He diagnosed the battery was indeed dead and needed replacement. Without skipping a beat, he ran my information in the system and BOOM! It was still under warranty because I bought it there 2 years ago. He saved me money, and installed the new battery in less than a 1/2 hr. He did it all with a smile and made me feel like he wanted to help me. It is more than just a job to him, he really cares. Thank you Kelton!

  So I stopped by Auto Zone looking for Body panel push pins to fix the right side of my wheel well because it literally kept popping off and I was afraid something from the street would fly up and rip off the side skirt. I asked one of the guys who worked there and it seemed like he didn’t have the knowledge and told me I should go up the road to a body shop and have them fix it. However, we all know it would have cost a few hundred dollars which I couldn’t afford. Then out of nowhere a young gentleman by the name of Logan jumped into the conversation and said show me what’s wrong with your car but before we even got to the door he said let me grab something and came out with a small package and said I will fix this for you. I was kinda skeptical but Logan got down on his hands and knees, sits on the ground and begins fixing my car oh and let me remind everyone it was about 100 degrees since we are located in Florida however the heat didn’t stop him. Logan worked as hard as he could, he was so incredibly down to earth, kind, intelligent, and provided such amazing customer service he literally went above and beyond for me and I am so grateful for his service. Logan actually fixed my car and it was such a blessing. I wanted to give him a tip but he kindly refused so I figured leaving a review would be the next best thing I could do for him so that he is noticed by his employer and all the customers who read this. I cannot wait to go back and see Logan even if it’s just to say hello.

  I am not one to leave reviews, but John H deserves all of the kind words! Went to Wawa today because my tire was extremely low and I had my infant in the car with me. Attempted to use Wawa’s pump and realized it was deflating my tire even more to the point my car was not drivable and my infant was crying so hard in the car. John H quickly came over with a battery operated air pump and filled my tire for me without any hesitation! I am truly thankful for John’s kindness today, and the baby is thankful to be back home again! Thanks again John.
