  The manager was extremely professional and made me feel very comfortable. We were treated very well. Our tech was also very kind and thorough. Amazing service!

  I have lived in this area over 20 years, so when they built this facility I was excited because of convenience, quality service and price point. I have not been there in about 4 years. Yesterday I was in a rush so instead of going to the dealer, I stopped in….big mistake! The employee who waited on me spoke to me in a condescending tone. When I noticed that they were not using the usual hose to pump the oil, I was concerned. The technician was using what looked like a plastic garden water pot. He tipped the jug so far upright that he spilled oil on my “pristine” engine bay. When I brought this to the employee who took my information attention, his attitude was so foul. I paid $114 dollars for this kind of service? On top of this they did not check the tires (my low tire pressure indicator was on). They did not check windshield wiper fluid (I was out), and finally no receipt. How this location has changed and not for the better!

  The Ocoee location of Valvoline is by far the absolute best Valvoline I have ever been to! I’ve been going to Valvoline for all of my vehicles for over a decade and they have always taken the best car of my family cars ^.^ I have had oil changes, wiper blade replacements, transmission fluid change, lights replaced, and a few other services, they aren’t just an oil change facility. They are super quick and amazingly friendly ^_^ Big Thanks especially to Mr. Jason and Mr. Ricardo for being so awesome! I will be back again and again!

  My first time here after being a loyal customer in Virginia ,it’s a smaller setting from what I’m used to but non the less they have all the services you need ,you don’t need an appointment just pull up and they will handle your service in no time …I had a full synthetic ooo change like I always do and they offered me a coupon better than the one i had and that’s just more saving …once you start coming here they will take care of you and text or email you bills and coupons and even remind you of your next service .im just very happy this Carole is close to my house and everyone there is super helpful and professional ..keep up the good work guys ,you rock ! Special shout out to Kaiden for going the extra mile
