  Had a great experience getting my tire repaired at Mavis. Our tire intake valve was deflating our tire and the moment I entered Mavis I felt welcome. Huge thanks to Tilly for the amazing assistance! He was professional, helpful, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. He greeted my kids and brought them into this "super fun" waiting room, with high swivel chairs. :) Highly recommend this location and we'll be back again.

  I found that the whole experience was not very customer focused. From the time I entered, until the time I was given the keys, I was treated as if I was an idiot. When I first outlined what I was needing in a tire, I explained to the service writer that I wanted a comparable tire to what was already installed. Two things I noted at that time; one that I wanted to make sure the TPS issue was addressed, and two that I wanted to go with the 6 month deferred intrest plan. During my time waiting I suggested to counter person about getting started wtih the approval process to save time. He insisted that I could not pay until the work was done. I told him that seems a bit odd if I can't pay you will hold my vehicle. After recieving the bill and then asking me to pay I assumed that I had to figure out how to acess the deferred intrest plan. After noticing the bill only stated regular valve stems I questioned that as was told that was all that was needed. After starting the vehicle the tps sensor light was still on. I brought it to the managers attention an he angrily informed that a tire purchase and install does not include making sure the tps system is functioning properly. I am well aware of the additional cost of the tps sensors. But to tell me that he will be happy to put tps sensors for and additional cost of $129.00 a piece(4) sounded ridiculous to me. And on top of that he was asking me for a programing charge of $25.00 apiece. My problem is that I mentioned this to the service writer in advance and nothing was said by the tech. And I know for a fact that tps valve sensor are not that expensive. And to ambush me like that after fact and saying that is my fault when I clearly made my wishes known. It is my belief that the tech should have noted that the tps system was not functiong properly and have it dealt with before mounting tires. I just pray that the tires are worth all of the aggravation I experienced with this transaction.
