  I went in today to have some servicing on my car done and this Mavis by far was one of the best customer service I’ve experienced. From the efficient service to the kind staff, I was very pleased. After servicing the car they brought it right up to the door for me when they saw I’m pregnant. Thank you for going above and beyond Tony, Dupey, and Kevin!!

  I came in with many many things wrong with my car and they were able to figure every single one out in just a couple days. They're quick, effecient and they seriously care for you. Best dealership I have been to, and that says smth bc i have been to quite a few with the car that I have. I really recommend Joe as he kept me informed with each thing on my car that they found and was patient, ensuring that I wasnt left in the dark.

  My tire pressure light came on my way to work I was frustrated about that but soon as Mavis Tires opened I brought it to there attention. I’m not sure of his name but I believe he is the manager and I’m so thankful for his honesty and integrity when working on my car. I usually don’t write reviews but I’m glad him and his team made it possible for me to step out on the road safely.

  I almost had a blowout on the turnpike due to some debris on the road and watched my tire pressure drop almost instantly. Not familiar with the area got off at the closest exit Thank God went inside and Cora at the front desk handled it and did it with a smile and they said by the time they went to patch it it had gone down to my rim. Thankfully they patched it. I definitely will be back!! Awesome service and with a smile which was much needed after a long work day

  Experience was great from everyone at the shop. I brought my Tesla Model 3 in after installing aftermarket wheels and had a severe wobble and vibration. Angel took the time to properly diagnose the issue and found that the wheels were not sitting flush against the hub because of the factory retaining bolts. He corrected the issue and the car now drives perfectly. Honest, knowledgeable, and excellent customer service. I really appreciate everyone taking the time to find the actual problem instead of just selling me parts. Highly recommend!
