  Great service. I have been a long term customer and they always deliver even when things don’t go to plan. The manager, Chris, went above and beyond to help me out when I was in a bind. I’ll continue to return.

  Lack of selling confidence of service requested, refused to price match a flat repair and alignment resulting in loss of the service. Big turn off of the rep servicing me at the counter. IMO super poor customer service. Not to mention I made an appointment and when I arrived I was told there were walk ins ahead of me. What’s an appointment for??

  Awful service! Called in for an appointment and after getting to the shop. I was told I would wait for about 2 hours and 8 informed them I had an appointment. After waiting for almost 2 hours nobody looked at my car and I had to take back my keys. I would never recommend here

  When all else failed Mavis was able to come in and made it possible. The team at Mavis did not give up at handling a very difficult issue on my vehicle . They made sure that the job was done right at a timely manner. Satisfied and I’ll be back for sure. I definitely recommend that you give them a shot

  I booked an appointment for an 11am appointment. I arrived at 10:55am and checked in with the person at the front desk. I pre-selected the 4 new tires to be put on my vehicle when I made the appointment online. After the attendant checked the mileage of the car and confirmed the full price of the service...I handed the keys off and asked for an ETA of when the work would be done as I was waiting for the vehicle during my lunch break from work. The attendant told me that I was next in the cue and the work would be done in about an hour...or an hour and a half at the most. I left the building to make some phone calls for work while the vehicle was being serviced. I returned 1 hour and 15 minutes later to see if the vehicle was ready...however...it had not even been pulled into the garage yet...it was still parked right where I left it. When I asked why the car had not been even pulled into the garage yet...the attendant left the desk and went to talk with people in the shop. I was told that there wasn't anyone available yet to work on my car. I had an appointment for 11am...it was now 12:20pm and the vehicle has not even made it into the garage and there was no indication of when the work would even begin. At this point I had no choice but to take the vehicle and leave without the 4 new tires being installed as I had to get back to work. The attendant had absolutely zero remorse regarding the situation. I could have been contacted via cell phone to inform me that there was a delay. No communication was made. No one at the shop cared at all that I had been told it would be done in the timeframe I was given. It very much seems that the staff there deems their time more important than mine. I reached out to the company for some sort of explanation from a manager regarding the situation but was ignored. It was completely unacceptable. Not sure what else to say.
