I came in for a battery replacement but was unable to locate the warranty bc I didn’t have the receipt or an account with the store. Ethan was a major problem solver and figured it out, all while handling other customers because it was fairly busy. The warranty had just expired but he genuinely offered me the best deal even offered a coupon which I appreciated very much. I also needed washer fluid and he filled it for me without me having to ask. As a woman who absolutely despises car issues and gets stressed just from putting air in my tires, this was so helpful and helped ease my stress from the battery situation. Highly recommend this place, Ethan is going places and deserves a raise. :)

What started with a scratch, and was made worse it’s basically GONE with the EXPERTISE of the associate at this particular location in Ocoee. His recommendation on the rub compound by TURTLE WAX was the right way to go. I will go back, and thank the associate in person because his HELP and knowledge was the BEST thing I could done. I will recommend this particular location to everyone, so don’t HESITATE and give this location and their knowledgeable associates a chance to HELP you.

I walked in the one of their Auto Craft batteries, with a manufacture date sticker showing it was less that three years old, it tested on their meet with a bad cell and they wouldn't honor the warranty because I couldn't find the original receipt. Turns out their system purges purchase records every 2 years, so no way to look up a 3 year old battery to honor their own warranty. I went down the street to Walmart got the same battery, for $60 less with a 5 year warranty, and can exchange it at any Walmart in the county just by letting them scan the barcode on the battery if I need to. I would never buy anything hear again.

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
