  Excellent service! I walked in to schedule an appointment for my tires that leaked air. To my surprise, Barry and Chris were able to take my car in immediately. They were both extremely kind and professional, not only to me, but to everyone that walked through the door or who called on the phone. They explained what they found, fixed it and got me back on the road right away. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone. Welcoming, professional, honest and fast! I'd give 10 stars if I could.

  Troy did an excellent job on keeping me up to date with what was going on with my car and even though I was only expecting the one tire to be looked at Dave did an awesome job at checking all 4 for me to make sure nothing was wrong even though the low tire pressure said it was only the one tire and I was surprised at the short of time I was waiting even though they looked pretty busy Thankyou so much for taking my car in without having an appointment and looking at it so fast.

  I recently took my car to for shocks and struts repair and I couldn’t be more pleased with their service. Even though the original quote was from several months ago, Michael, the store manager, honored the same price and kept me updated on the timeline, making sure the car would be ready on time. David, the mechanic, did an excellent job, and the entire team was professional and courteous. Overall, fantastic service! I definitely will recommend to friends and family this location.

  I arrived at Tire Kingdom, located at 5530 SW College Rd. My vehicle’s sensor indicated a very low rear tire pressure. Randy, a friendly young man, promptly greeted me and checked the tire. He informed me that I had a nail in it. Initially, I was upset, but then I felt bad for my reaction. I had recently become a widow unexpectedly, and since my husband’s death, many things at home have broken, including our other car. The expenses have piled up, and I was feeling overwhelmed. Randy listened patiently as I vented about my frustration with life. He didn’t judge me or make me feel bad. Instead, he offered me reassurance that the nail could be repaired within 30-40 minutes. As I sat in the lobby waiting for my tire to be fixed, I observed the professionalism and friendliness of the workers towards their customers. It was evident that this shop truly cares about its customers. Randy and the other workers were attentive and helpful in finding the right tires and prices that suited my needs. I felt confident that I had made the right choice. I highly recommend Tire Kingdom for any future tire needs. I will definitely return to this shop for my next tire repair.

  I made an appointment online and was charged $25 deposit. I noticed that I'd made it for the wrong store, so I called the store. The manager cancelled it and told me to rebook, and that my $25 would drop off my card. I did make the other appointment online and my card was charged another $25, but I never received a confirmation email nor a refund for the intial $25. I called this second store and spoke to manager Kyle. He looked into it for me, and said that since my tires were at the other store, there was nothing he could do. He wasn't all that polite about it, and basically said that it was my fault for doing it online. He also said it took 3-4 days for the other charge to drop off. So I had to go to my original appointment which was a bigger drive for me, and the second $25 charge was never refunded to my card. The company sent me an online survey in which I explained the situation, but the survey wouldn't work. I'm okay with my tires and the price I got, but I'm really unhappy with the lack of customer service and total unwillingness to help with this issue. I won't ever go back.
