    I would give zero stars if I could. My technician came in for a routine oil change and left being told his brakes were "metal on metal" and unsafe to drive. That claim scared him unnecessarily. However, the inspection report itself showed there was still brake pad remaining, which did not support what he was told. Using fear to pressure customers into expensive repairs is unacceptable. If your inspection doesn't support your verbal claims, that's a serious problem. I won't be returning, and I certainly won't recommend this location to anyone.

    I came in for a tire rotation only, but they did a complete inspection of my newly purchased old 2008 Nissan Titan. Estimate for repairs came to almost $8,000.00. I only paid $4000 for the truck and gets me where I want to go. I thought I would be there for a short time as I had another place to be. An hour later I finally got my truck after I had to set thru the presentation of needed repairs. I understand that this is how you guys make money, but it left a bad taste in my mouth, and I doubt I'll be back. As far as people working there, they were great. I really like the mechanic I talked to, and the front desk person was also nice.
