  Jaquantae my Tech was very professional, on time, shared the steps he will be taking in regards to the windshield replacement. Jaquantae Is great at what he does and if you get him as a Tech, you’re in great hands!

  The safelite technician Michael out of Marion County, FL came to my work and replaced my windshield, took maybe an hour. He was patient and kind, listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. He was knowledgeable and did an amazing job! Highly recommend this company!

  I believe this was my fourth time using Safellite for a windshield replacement. The first was not good, with water leaks, the second and third were fine, my fourth, not so good. I brought my SUV in and unbeknownst to me, they were not using the original glass company but an after-market brand. I dropped the car off in the morning but when I went to retrieve it before closing, it still was not done and they informed me they were using the after market windshield (I would have refused this had I known) and having issues calibrating it with my car's safety features. I sat there until 40 minutes after closing when the tech informed me he could not properly finish the job. The answer was to replace it with the original glass but they needed insurance company okay and to wait a week until the glue dried on the first repair job. They said they would contact me. I heard nothing back and then 6 days later received an email saying I had an appointment at 11 am the next day. The problem was I had a dentist appointment at 10 am. I tried reaching the Safellite office but I kept getting routed to their 800 number and after several minutes and several voice prompts and two attempts, the recording told me I had to go online to reschedule. All I wanted to do was tell them I might be 15 min. late. I got the dentist to rush my appointment and made the appointment in time. When I arrived, the receptionist told me they were going to try one more time with the third party windshield. I refused and I told her I only wanted the original. After conferring in the back, she told me that was fine. I also told her no one had called or emailed me in advance to notify me of the make-up appointment and she apologized. Finally got the windshield done and knock on wood, it appears fine so far.

  This repair shop was extremely efficient and they provided me a very quick appointment after my windshield got chipped. Rob the Manager was very Professional and Welcoming. I expected to be there for at least an hour and they had my repair done in under a half hour. I highly recommend them for any glass repair you may need.
