Highly do **not** recommend going through Safelite AutoGlass. It’s frustrating that many insurance companies direct customers to Safelite, because unfortunately, my experience has shown that they do not live up to their customer-service promises. I originally had an appointment scheduled for **Friday, August 7**. I received a call from the Ocala location informing me that my appointment needed to be rescheduled because someone had called out. I completely understand that things happen and employees get sick or have emergencies. However, if you cannot accommodate your scheduled customers, you should not continue overbooking appointments and leaving customers to deal with the consequences. My appointment was rescheduled to **August 8**. When the technician arrived and inspected the replacement windshield, he discovered that the windshield they had brought was **already cracked**. So once again, I had to reschedule. My next appointment was scheduled for **August 11**, with someone supposedly arriving between **7:30 AM and 12:30 PM**. Nobody showed up. I was then told that my appointment had been changed and that someone would come between **12:30 PM and 5:00 PM** instead. 5:30 PM came around, and once again, **nobody showed up**. I was then told someone would come on **August 12**, only to receive another call informing me that the *new replacement windshield was also cracked*. At this point, I have now been rescheduled multiple times because of issues on Safelite's end, and my windshield is still damaged. I have called Safelite customer service **three separate times**, and unfortunately, none of those calls resulted in an actual resolution. I was also told today, August 12, that the manager, **Bob**, would personally reach out to me to reschedule my appointment. Unfortunately, Bob never contacted me. So Bob, if you're reading this, I genuinely hope you and your team take a serious look at how these appointments are being handled. Customers have jobs, schedules, and responsibilities too. We are relying on your company to provide a service that has already been arranged and, in many cases, is being paid for through insurance. I have now spent several days rearranging my schedule, waiting around for technicians who never showed up, and dealing with repeated rescheduling and **I still have a damaged windshield**. Mistakes happen. Cracked glass happens. Employees calling out happens. What is unacceptable is the complete lack of communication, follow-through, and resolution throughout this entire process. After this experience, I would **not recommend Safelite AutoGlass** and sincerely hope they improve how they handle their customers' time and appointments.

Broderick, a Safelite repair mobile technician, provided exceptional service and completed the vehicle repair with high professionalism. From initial contact to final completion, he demonstrated clear communication, technical expertise, and a strong commitment to quality work. The repair was completed promptly, and the vehicle was returned in excellent condition. His courteous and efficient approach greatly exceeded expectations. I have no hesitation in recommending Safelite and Broderick’s services to others for vehicle glass repair.

I recommend Safelite to anyone needing auto glass service. I had a wonderful experience having my windshield replaced. My tech went above and beyond to complete my service despite prevailing rains. His supervisor even accompanied he to help and be sure the job was completed on time. He could have canceled and rescheduled because it was stormy and getting late in the evening, but he knew I had an important meeting the following day.

I had a windshield replacement claim with this company and found the service unreliable. Poor customer service, had a tech (Wilfredo) come out to a job site on Thursday. He tried to avoid starting or completing the job for the entire appointment. Went to cut the glass out and turns out he did not have the appropriate tools. He was also late to the appointment window, and late to his own eta. Left with the vehicle partially worked on and un-drivable. Ended up rescheduling my windshield replacement five days later and refused to find accommodation that this is my work truck and the loss of business that would occur over that time frame. Drove 45min to the shop in town, after four calls to their shop line went to a robot, only to sit around for thirty minutes with no one at the desk and four or five people standing in a line. Finally got someone up to the front, tried the same excuses as the tech did, escalated it to a shift leader (Viviana) who tried the same thing initially. She (Viviana) was the only helpful one of the bunch, as when she understood my concerns she shifted the schedule to have someone work on the vehicle the next day. Broderick the tech shows the next day, was helpful and began the work, almost immediately required help with the job, I ended up doing most of the job with him. The cherry on top is that the shop also forgot to send out the replacement windshield wipers. Overall I am happy the work is completed, extremely frustrated with the fact it was like pulling teeth to get them to acknowledge they screwed up and to get them to do the work in an efficient manner. Would not recommend.
