  Excellent service, professional staff. I was able to schedule my appt and changed it twice. They called me Sat. for my scheduled appt and told me to come in earlier! Safelite also took care of the claim. Awesome 😎

  Horrible experience! Had windshield replaced and it was awful. Wasn't installed properly and caused my safety system to malfunction. They also broke the access door above the mirror. I then had to on my time take it to the facility for warranty work. They had it maybe 5 to 10 min and said it was done. They would order the access door and call me next week to schedule a guy to come out and replace it. That was over 2 months ago. Nothing, zip, zero. Will not return my messages OR Progressives messages. Horrible management! Stay away

  Andrew did an amazing job installing my windshield! He was professional, friendly, and explained the entire process throughout the installation. I really appreciated his attention to detail and making sure everything was done right. Great service from start to finish! I highly recommend Andrew! ✨️

  The tech was great... when they finally showed up. Safelite simply flaked on my first appointment, even after a call to customer service at the end of my appointment window to inquire on ETA, where I was told that I was first in the queue and my tech was on the way. Never showed, never contacted me, just a text telling me id been rescheduled to the middle of the work week. I know 3 others personally with the same story. This company is a steaming S show that seems to be hitting every fan on its way, to put it nicely. Avoid Safelite if you value your time at all.

  My experience with Safelite was unacceptable from the beginning. Safelite installed the wrong windshield and left the rearview mirror hanging, creating an unsafe and incomplete repair. When I contacted the company to correct the problem, I was repeatedly given appointment dates that were not honored. My husband took time off work for one appointment, and I arranged several others at my workplace, only for Safelite to fail to appear each time without providing a reliable resolution. Months later, the windshield still has not been properly replaced. Despite repeated promises and follow-ups, Safelite failed to correct its original mistake, wasted our time, and provided no meaningful accountability. The company’s lack of communication and disregard for the inconvenience caused left me exhausted and frustrated. I expected Safelite to promptly install the correct windshield, properly secure the rearview mirror, honor scheduled appointments, and take responsibility for the failed service. At a minimum, I expected a clear explanation, a confirmed appointment that would actually be kept, and appropriate compensation for the time and disruption we experienced. Instead, the issue remains unresolved. Based on this experience, I would not use Safelite again or recommend its services.
