  Great place for a pilot gas station even has another on the other side of the road with a arbys in it. This one however has a Wendy's attached to it. Store is always clean the bathrooms are always spotless, the staff/employees are friendly and very outgoing and you can tell takes pride in their work I stop at this pilot often on my way home from work. Good deals plenty to shop around for gifts and nick nacks and other great souvenirs. Plenty of your normal drink selection a convince store offers as well as semi truck parking and plenty of pumps for local and distant travelers.

  I got scam from they plum number 3 and 4 it gave me declined error and my credit card company alert ⚠️ me. $ 226 two times taking out from my account!!

  I stopped in to use restroom and get a small coffee. I approached the coffee machine that allows you to have a fresh brewed cup instead of the dispense options. I noticed the machine display stated finished cleaning so I pressed finished on both of the machines. I only drink Decaf. When the 3 option came up, only 1 option showed ready and this machine was the only one that had decaf option. I then checked the other one and all 3 showed. I waited a minute and my option still didn’t show available. I noticed the employee behind counter and asked for assistance and explained I only drink decaf. The male employee stated well it may be still cleaning. I asked could he check machine to verify. He came to machine with me then told me he don’t clean machines, he didn’t know how to operate, and couldn’t assit me. Because I really wanted the decaf coffee, I asked if can get assistance from someone else that work with him. He said only the manger was there and that she was extremely busy. He also said that he couldn’t leave the front register. I said I understand and asked if he could please call the manager on his walkie talkie since I noticed he had one on his pants belt. He gave me a blank stare as if to say really. I believe he wanted me to walk away since he told me he didn’t know anything about the machines basically. Then I looked at his name badge to see his name which stated “Zach” . He hesitated but he did called her on his walkie only I believe because I stood near the counter. Mind you no other customer was at counter at the time. The manger came out and I thank her immediately. She said hi and that her name was “Kim” the manager on duty and asked how she could assist. I told her and we walked over to the 2 machine. I told her what I did and what the employee “Zach” stated to me that he didn’t know how to work the machines or address what was wrong so she knew why I asked for her the manager. She stated no problem and apologised right away. She also apologised for her employee telling me what he said and mentioned that he does know how to operated the machines and she apologised for how he handled the situation. It only took her a few seconds and the option lite up for decaf option. I thanked her and she stated no problem and insisted the coffee would be on her. I thanked and she even apologised again. Mind you I chose my battles. In this case, I felt I was treated poorly by the employee “Zach” and is the reason for my review here. I never had this problem before as I always stop here when I’m traveling to Georgia. Thanks to manager “Kim” for resolving the situation and I was happy at the end to be able to get my decaf coffee that I desired so very much. I also hope the employees “Zach” can get cross training regarding situations that may come up like this or other and that he handle it how he is supposed to help out customers. Again he handled this very poorly. Thank you!
