  These guys were absolutely amazing. Nick and Carlos were friendly professional and informative as soon as I walked in the door. They showed me exactly what was needed to repair my truck brakes. They also pointed out other issues that no other shop had noticed. They were also helpful in getting the cost down to something I could afford. They were straight forward and clear on what was needed to repair my truck and get it back on the road safely. I will definitely be back, this is now my go to shop for tires and brakes. Thank you nick and Carlos for your professionalism and treating me not just as a customer and although never meeting either of these gentlemen before they treated me very much as a friend.

  Relatively new to the Ocala area. Noticed a screw sticking out of my car tire. Went to Mavis and was immediately greeted by Nick. Told him my problem and he immediately said they could handle it. He was very honest and told me that since they are running flat tires, if it was leaking air, that they probably couldn't fix it. Luckily it was only superficial and not punctured. I was in and out in about 45 minutes. They did a complete safety check and adjusted the tire pressres. There was no charge for anything. The entire staff was very nice and seemed very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this tire dealer and if I need new tires or whatever else such as brakes or oil changes, I will go back.

  I couldn’t figure out what was going on with my car, and the gentleman Nick at the front desk was very welcoming and eager to help us. He helped me solve everything extremely quick and got me a great new set of tires for a price that’s unbeatable. Nick explained and showed everything to me so i understood what was going on and why. I enjoyed every minute of this experience and will definitely recommend this place to everyone. Make sure to ask for Nick!!

  I am very satisfied with Nick and his professional knowledge advice and customer service. As soon as I walked inside the showroom it was a pleasant experience overall. Very beautiful work place all organized and clean. I had a low pressure tire valve stem was leaking air. All 4 of my work van tires were balanced and new valve stems installed. I highly recommend this place for anyone that needs automotive repairs oils changes and new tires mechanical brakes everything you may need. Come visit and ask for Nick.   Mavis Tires & Brakes delivered an excellent experience both times I've used there services from start to finish. Carlos & his team are true professionals; knowledgeable, efficient, and genuinely focused on providing amazing, service. Their clustered service approach made everything convenient and seamless, saving time without sacrificing quality. On my first visit, the Mavis team was able to identify a safety shortfall in my lug nuts that was able to easily be rectified but also prevented a potential MVA. It’s clear they value workmanship, safty, and customer care. I HIGHLY recommend this location for anyone looking for reliable, professional, and noteworthy automotive service care team of professionals.
