As a senior woman I thought coming in for an advertised oil change and tire rotation wouldn’t be a big deal, but I was wrong! Several technicians could never locate my security lug nut, so NO “free” tire rotation and “forgot” to reset my oil light. With an empty showroom I waited over 1.5 hrs, while their salesmen tried several times to scare me into purchasing new tires that I didn’t need! The following day my husband went in and showed them our security lug nut was always where it was supposed to be next to the jack. No one took responsibility, including the manager, for their incompetence and scare tactics for replacing my OEM tires with only 32k miles.

Great place! Billy is super knowledgeable and gave me a fair price on the parts I needed for my car. Carlos and Randy at the front desk were also very kind and friendly. Props to them! Highly recommended, 10/10!

I had a great experience with Mavis. Everyone was so friendly, including Carlos. He was able to get my tires ordered and in next day and installed so I could get back on the road. My Mini Cooper was handled with care. I appreciate how clean and welcoming the store was for a tire shop. I hate going in and handling this stuff on my own but they made it easy! Thank you for the great service!

I had a great experience with Mavis and definitely wanted to take the time to leave a review. A special shout-out to **Nick** for being so detailed, friendly, professional, and easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain what was going on with my car, what needed to be fixed, and kept me informed instead of leaving me wondering what was happening. After dealing with car problems, the last thing you want is more stress or confusion, so I really appreciated the clear communication and straightforward service. The team did a great job repairing my car, and I felt like everything was handled professionally from start to finish. Good customer service makes a huge difference, especially when you're trusting someone with your vehicle. Nick made sure I understood what was being done and treated me with respect throughout the process. My car is fixed, the service was great, and I left feeling confident about the work that was done. Thank you to Nick and the Mavis team for taking care of me. I would definitely recommend them!
