    Warning!! BEWARE!!!!!!! Be careful buying a car from this dealership. Sold me a water damaged car during Covid. Unfortunately we just found out after taking the car to a local shop. All the electronics, airbag system is ruined due to water leaking from the defected windshield. After confronting these crooks (Matt In service department) he actually tried to charge me 12,000 for the repairs that was caused by them. Matt in service department had the nerve to offer me a 2,000 discount for my inconvenience. They admitted it was a factory issue but still refused to cover the costs. Thank God we never had an accident because the airbags would have never deployed. This dealer certainly did not care about safety!!! Lord knows how many OTHER Land Rovers out-there with this safety issue The dealer admitted it was a factory defect so how many out there with this defect

    I just wanted to take a moment to sincerely thank Christian Waddell, Haylie King, and Mr. Kelly for such an amazing experience purchasing our 2025 Mercedes-Benz E 350. Coming from New Jersey, I’m honestly used to car dealerships feeling stressful, full of pressure, sales tactics, and headaches. Because of that, I walked in expecting the usual experience, but what I received was the complete opposite. Christian and Haylie were incredibly kind, patient, supportive, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. They made me feel comfortable from start to finish and treated me with respect instead of just trying to make a sale. That really stood out to me. Mr. Kelly was also extremely pleasant and professional to work with, and you can tell the atmosphere there starts from leadership. Everyone made the process feel smooth, honest, and easy, which is something I honestly never thought I’d say about buying a car. This was by far the smoothest and best dealership experience I’ve ever had, and we absolutely love the new 2025 Mercedes-Benz E 350. I truly appreciate all the help, kindness, and support your team showed us throughout the entire process. Thank you again. We’re very grateful.

    Call number listed on website and told to bring car in to be diagnosed. Get to service center to be told they can't see it today and have the next available appointment next month. The car is still under warranty! Really frustrating I heard these people were hopeless. Now I understand why.. these are not cheap vehicles and expect a good level of courtesy and back up

    I had a service appointment at this dealership last week because my FOB was no longer working. Apparently, the call center canceled my appointment for the following day. When I spoke with Juan about it the morning of my appt, he said to bring my Range Rover in and they would try and get to it. Even though I told them the problem (my FOB was not working) they were going to charge a $387 diagnostic fee. I called at the end of the day and they hadn’t gotten to it. At the end of the following day, I called but my service rep had left early. In a nutshell: they charged a ridiculous diagnostic charge, could not replace a FOB during a two day period, AND had terrible communication. I was extremely disappointed in this service department.
