  I have a 2010 GMC 2500 HD (original owner) that required diagnostic service for warning lights. I located Krystal Automotive in Ocala FL while researching their website which had an excellent write-up on diagnosing the GMC Duramax Diesel engine with the Allison transmission. Alexis and Wynona were great in getting my appointment scheduled for a drop-off diagnostic. They put me in contact with Charlie, and he made the extra effort to review my past service history for my truck and what occurred with the check engine light warnings (multiple). My assumptions of potential fuel system and specifically fuel sensor issues were totally unwarranted to my relief with a reset of the computer. Charlie’s vehicle inspection and diagnostics work was prompt, and I had the vehicle back in the same day. I sincerely appreciated the communication, responsiveness, and the professionalism from the entire staff of Krystal Automotive. Thank you!

  Came in for an oil change on a Mercedes, which we typically have handled at the dealership in Gville (a long and tedious round trip from The Shores where we live). This service is a little more convoluted than a typical oil change, and the tech, Charlie @ Krystal, handled it with precision and care. He realized I wanted the car handled with kid gloves, and he didn't let my wife or myself down. He was meticulous in the service, even checking references and torquing the drain plug to spec. Before he lowered the car from the lift, after he inspected it mechanically, he called me over to look at something in the undercarriage of our SUV that might be a potential, somewhat serious issue in the future, to plan on repairing before it became worse. All in all, it was a good experience, and I would say we experienced peace of mind. It was our first visit with Krystal Auto, and it certainly will not be our last. The shop is located somewhat off Maricamp, after it's long entrance drive, but do not be deterred, just passed the car wash is Krystal's fully equipped shop. Everyone at the shop was helpful, professional, and amiable.

  This is my 2nd appointment in 2026 and there aren't enough stars in the world to share how pleased I am with the customer service and maintenance of my vehicle. I went in for a transmission maintenance and my FORD Explorer SUV is running like new! The crew is quick and efficient and the hospitality is amazing. I will not take my car anywhere else!

  Krystal Automotive did a great job on our Lincoln Navigator. They rotated and balanced the tires, completed an alignment, and had us back on the road quickly. Everyone was friendly, professional, and provided excellent customer service. We’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend!
