    My dad bought me a new car from here .. from what he says it was an ok experience but when it came time for me to sign papers for the car I feel like there was a major lack of customer service. Ive been in customer service over 20 yrs and the lack of it is irritating. I got some documents to sign and my info was wrong , I called the finance guy is like ok I’ll fix it but never asked me what was incorrect.. kinda rushed me off phone saying ok ma’am yes ma’am “said he’d fix it and send it again and sent the exact same stuff… I never signed. Went to pick car up he asked if signed I said no it was incorrect he looked irritated .. just like I was when I called . After all was said and done for registration he STILL had the info incorrect .. I have a word for ppl like that but I digress. Love my car though. Maybe the sale is more important than customer service idk

    Bryan Sherman treated us and our issue with the utmost respect. He was communicative, available, professional, human, flexible, understanding and helpful at all times throughout the process- which is not the case always and is not easy to do. Hyundai of Ocala has the good fortune of having him on their team. Bonus, this particular Hyundai service department was finally able to fix our baseline issue (though others had considered the same source). I recommend Hyundai of Ocala's entire service staff and applaud them for having the vision to help Bryan succeed and deliver satisfaction to the customer.

    I had an amazing experience at Jenkins Hyundai of Ocala, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Nicolas Estrada. He was a top tier salesman from start to finish. Nicolas was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. He made everything feel easy and simple, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel pressured. It’s clear that he truly cares about his customers and takes pride in what he does. Hyundai is lucky to have someone like Nicolas on their team. I highly recommend asking for Nicolas Estrada if you’re looking for a great car buying experience. I will for sure come back for another car in the future!

    ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My husband and I recently purchased a new 2026 Hyundai Santa Fe from Jenkins Hyundai of Ocala after my previous Santa Fe was unfortunately totaled in an accident, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. We traveled to this dealership in Ocala all the way from our home in Orlando. From the moment we walked in, the entire team that helped us (Charles Huxoll, Damien Pritchard and Nat Nofal) was welcoming and professional. They made what could have been a stressful situation incredibly smooth and easy by taking the time to answer all our questions, explain our options, and ensure we felt comfortable throughout the entire process. I loved my previous Santa Fe, so choosing another one was an easy decision, but Jenkins Hyundai of Ocala made the buying experience even better than I expected. There was no pressure, just excellent customer service and a commitment to helping me get back on the road in a vehicle I love. Thank you to everyone at Jenkins Hyundai of Ocala for making this such a positive experience. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle and outstanding customer service!

    This was my first time since my husband passed that I have visited a car lot in over 7 years. Things seemed fine but here comes the 2024 or 2023 Hyundai Tuscan. Mind you this is December 2024 when I got the vehicle. I told the sales person who was very nice and honest that I would like the 2024 but If the payments were not $500-$550. I could not afford it. I bought my sister along and she got her car from the dealership through Capital One. I was going to go through my bank Vystar but end of getting the car through the dealership. The FIRST MISTAKE! Never get your car loan through the dealership because they cannot offer you a deal to refinance or anything else . I kept stating to the people behind the glass the payments that I wanted and it was told to me yes we can do that. It was all set! Then I signed my car details and the perks and the additional perks for getting the car with them. I asked again is the car $500-$550 because I would be signing and was told it was all set. Next thing I know I receive an invoice for $655.80. I then take the car back to the dealership to drop the car off and was told that I could not return it. I asked to remove additional items to the vehicles to lower the price and was told via email that this would not lower the price. I could just keep making then payments and make additional payments to pay it off early. I have two kids in college that I am helping financially and I could not afford any issues financially. I ended up loosing my second job due to budget cuts and have been trying to find another one ever since. I have one income and have called their customer service number to assist and I was told once I could get two months free if I could try to catch up and pay a certain amount that they have to me. I did this and still customer service lied and gave me once month. The payments were suppose to be out on the tail end of my loan to catch me up .Then I receive a call stating I owe $2,233.01. I have been late trying to pay $655.80 since I lost my second job. I was told by this pretend manager like he had some pull that if I pay $1350 out of the $2,233.01 that he would give me 2 months free and that could help me catch up. I confirmed information and he states he will call back on the June 13th to see about where I am at with the $1350. I spoke with the rep and hung up later my kids call me to say my car is being picked up for repossession because I did not give the customer service representative a payment. So it was all a lie!! Now I am to pay $2,223.01 plus $1880.00 for towing. This all just happened yesterday say June 9th. 2026. I have tried to speak with banks to see about my options but was told. The finance company did nothing but hard my credit and stretched it so much that I have no help even to refinance is slim to nothing. I would just like to say … Do not go to this company go to your bank and do not negotiate with the dealership for a car you will regret it for those who trusted the same ones telling lies at this company.
